I searched around for over a month and these were the best quality for price I found for quartz tiles. No chips and they really sparkle would recommend highly.
The delivery was a few hours late but that really did not bother me during lockdown

I am glad you said the calls were recorded so now I want you to keep it for evidence and you can't delete it. I wish you could prove what you said because this is a big lie. I don't need anything for free, you sold me unequal tiles and try different ways on this platform to make customers look bad.You'll have to give evidence that I threatened your staff as she was rude and give wrong information.
Porcelain tiles is selling unequal tiles and I can provide all the evidence so don't lie on this platform.
This will not finish here because there are many complaint in the trading standards for porcelain tiles. Keep all the evidence as I am keeping them and remember how many emails I send you but no reply now this is appropriate for the complaint go further as I will not give up.I like when you lied on this platform which makes my evidence better.

Bad and very bad quality tiles and unequal, be careful as , who has a problem working from home because of some issues. The tiles is unequal and even you send all the evidence she has all kind of excuses and talks over you on the phone. If a tiles is not equal ,how can it be customer fault?They sell unequal tiles and don't want to take any responsibility. Many defects tiles that they are selling to innocent.

For the world to understand what businesses have to endure and experience throughout a pandemic when some people are obviously desperate.
First this customer wanted to argue with staff aggressively about paying for one more tile than invoiced and received demanding we send this tile for free. We will not send tiles other than what’s been paid and invoiced.
Secondly..... later then aggressively demanded a free bag of adhesive....we will not send for free.
Thirdly then made up a story of 4 tiles being not square demanding a free box of tiles. Customer wasn't willing to return the said tiles or provide any proof. Customer behaved aggressive again frightening staff.
Fourthly the customer then said they would purchase the tiles from a different supplier to finish the job and they would just accept a refund of ONE tile. To the world please note that you cannot just purchase these same shade and colouring specified tiles from anywhere that would finish the job.
You were advised to return your full order for a full refund. Any returned defective tiles all carriage would be refunded. Very simple. But you don’t want to do that because the tiles are laid and your little game to obtain a free bag of adhesive and a refund of x4 tiles did not work. Pathetic Behaviour.
All your telephone conversations have been recorded regarding your threatening bad language.
Finally Tiles Porcelain Ltd conclude that this whole situation is a great example of desperate fraudulent behaviour using this platform as a threat to defraud our company. Tiles Porcelain Ltd will inform the world that we will under no circumstances bow down to aggressive fraudulent behaviour with threats of writing such reviews.
A word of advise to these type of people. Please do not purchase from us and simply shop elsewhere because we will not tolerate such behaviour. Staff don’t need to have to deal with such behaviour. No further time will be dealt with this matter.

Who writes such an aggressive reposte in bad English? I was not rude to your staff.I pointed out that your tiles were poor quality .I never asked for new tiles.Why would I want more of the same crap? Tiles that fracture after grouting .Why would I lay down tiles that are already cracked ? Your company has never heard of getting it right first time! Learn from your competitors! My friend I am posting photos of your shocking quality tiles. Any upstanding reputable company would bend over backwards to help customer.

“I would strongly advise against buying with this company You should take note that they date driver waits for 20 mins after delivery for you to inspect tiles.A fat lie .My wife told me he drove off straight away. I get home to look at tiles and could not see any cracks until builder pointed out 3 were badly cracked.These tiles MB 11 were recommended after I was looking at dark emperador tiles and came reduced 50% in price .At first glance they looked fine but you have to inspect really carefully for cracks and although builders were able to use 15 of these tiles it was only after grouting that clear flaws were visible .This is totally unacceptable .I bought 25 M2 of floor porcelain tiles from another company without a single crack and 15 M2 of wall tiles from.yet another company of which 2 boxes were clearly broken and I phoned later that day and they replaced with 3 boxes in 5 days.Yes tiles can get damaged but this company was not interested in my complaint as I did not ring them straight away .Avoid like the plague”

Let’s look at the true facts surrounding your order. You called our company precisely 35 days after receiving your Marble Tiles to report x3 damaged tiles that you said were damaged on arrival. Astonishingly you then send x3 photos of x3 installed tiles illustrating natural contours in the natural marble tiles that are natural features of marble. You were happy to install these such tiles then decided from an individual personal perspective that you didn’t like these such features in these x3 installed tiles. 35 days after installation you demanded x3 tile replacements and were very rude towards staff of which this behaviour is highly unacceptable. You then write this review lying and twisting things wanting x3 free tiles. Your attitude is appalling and Tiles Porcelain Ltd will not accept such behaviour. You can write your twisted review for the world to see what type of people businesses have to deal with unfortunately. Bang goes the days of people having respect

Simply I was tricked by this company ,
I ordered marble tiles from them the first box of the tiles were exactly matching the swatch samples .. rest 8 bottom boxes were different ... they looked cheap and had orange damp colour marks ... according to there T&C marble tiles will have change in colour and pattern.... but to that extent ... I was shocked
Please save ur money .. even if u order please open all the boxes as I was tricked ( only top box was good rest was sh***t )
They accept returns but they don’t pic up you have to pay / find ur own method ..
so if ur family guy u are actually screwed
I had to live with there bad tile as I had booked my tiller

Tiles Porcelain Ltd will categorically not accept such vile and twisted reviews from such fraudulent predators. We will not play into your threats for financial reimbursements and discounts on tiles that ultimately you were satisfied and installed the tiles. You received marble tiles as sold as advertised as per the samples of which you simply used the natural adorable features in an attempt to defraud our company. We offered you the opportunity to return of which you declined with your threats of review. Then decided to install all the tiles because they are so terrible. Tiles Porcelain Ltd will not tolerate such behaviour. You wanted discount before purchasing of which you were informed that no such discounts existed and behaved ridiculously rude. Then you tried to gain your discount upon receipt of the goods that were all inspected by the warehouse manager before despatch... you making threats of such review. Thanks for your review and a warning to any other pandemic opportunistic fraudsters. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and such people are advised to shop elsewhere.

Got there in the end!
As others have noted, the prices are excluding VAT, so not quite as cheap as they appear. However, there is not pressure to buy once the actual cost is established. I was perfectly able to call back later, having reconsidered the price.
By and large the customer service was very nice, however, we hit a bit of a stumbling block when there appeared to be a problem with the appearance of the tiles I had ordered, and initially they told me that I had misunderstood the image on the website, and I that I had been mistaken in my expectation of the tile appearance. This left me very unhappy.
However, they did then further follow the matter up the next day (which, to be honest, I hadn't expected), and we were able to establish that, actually, the tiles were as they appeared on the website, it was just difficult to see if you only look at a few of them, as the effect is very subtle. So everything was ok in the end, but just a bit bumpy getting there.

Service was out of this world
Service was out of this world, so much help with deciding on style and layout. We had to keep returning for more grout and more adhesive and the guys were so helpful and always made us feel welcome.
Price was fantastic, we saved on average £750 compared to their competitiors.
Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a quality service, product and stunning tiles.
