I normally don’t write reviews, but after more than two years of ongoing frustration with TillHub Kassensystem, I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
From the very beginning, things went downhill. Before signing the contract, TillHub promised “excellent customer support” and quick assistance whenever problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Reaching support is extremely difficult, and even when issues are reported, I often don’t receive a callback at all.
The system itself has also been a constant source of stress. It keeps crashing, and many of the available functions seem unnecessary or impractical for a large number of users. The invoice layout is particularly problematic—it’s confusing to distinguish between gross and net amounts, which has led to repeated issues. We have been complaining about this exact problem for over two years, yet nothing has been improved, and it often feels like the issue isn’t even being considered.
Overall, we have been struggling from the day we signed the contract until today. Based on my experience, I can only advise others to be extremely cautious. Please ask for every detail in writing and make sure the system truly fits your needs before committing. If you value reliable support and a stable system, in my opinion, you may want to stay away from this provider.
