Wouldn't correct their own mistake.
I ordered a door with no installation as my builder was going to fit the door. The door and side/top glass all came as separate parts. Timber composite doors admitted this was incorrect as it should have been delivered as 1 entire unit but instead of correcting it they sent me connection strips and refused to replace their mistake. Would not recommend using them as they are only interested if there is no issues.

I'm sorry to hear your order arrived incorrectly which has left you dissatisfied with your order with us.
Looking at our records it looks as though your order was delivered in November 2021 and the issues with your order were raised to us back in March 2022.
Upon your confirmation parts were missing from your order, our manufacturer confirmed a replacement toplight would be required as the deduction for the coupler has not been completed and had been missed, an unfortunate manufacturing error.
Looking over the issue a new toplight along with a coupler and covers were sent to your property to correct the error which was delivered on 17/03/2022.
Since then we have not received any communication from you and your case has been marked as resolved, should you be experiencing any further issues please feel free to give us a call or email support@timbercompositedoors.com
Once again I'm truly sorry for the problems you encountered with your door, it is equally frustrating for us as we aim to deliver all customer's orders seamlessly and with ease.

Only giving 2 stars as the door looks good
Only giving 2 stars as the door looks amazing. Ordered a Solidor front door from this company. Seemed very helpful during the sales process, we wanted a very specific door pull type which the online design tool wouldn't allow us to put on. Reached out directly and put the order in as all seemed OK to put the door pull that we wanted on. When the installers arrived with the door we noticed that the incorrect door pull was fitted, however as they had already ripped out the old front door we had no choice but to continue the install, they said they will make a note and we should reach out to Timbercompositedoors.com which we did.
I was at work so missed the installers but when I arrived back the door knob that was installed was not central, the door was not closing flush and is sitting 7mm out on the top, flush at the locking point and then 7 to 8mm out at the bottom causing the door to start bowing. Finally after arguing and taking to social media Timbercompositedoors.com sent out the correct door pull and arranged for the installers to come back. Installer came back a week ago said really sorry no one has told us that we need to fix the install they just told us to sort the door knob and the door pull, but the door hasn't been correctly installed and he could see several install issues. Contacted Timbercompositedoors.com again and still they have not arranged to get the install corrected, which the longer that it is left the higher chance of creating a permanent bow in the door. If you are desperate to get a solidor I would honestly wait and pay a little extra and get a local company out or use Timbercompositedoors.com quote to negotiate the price with you local company, the aftercare is absolutely useless with Timbercompositedoors.com and they do not care about their customers. We will be looking at taking further action via the credit consumer act as we thankfully financed the door and are protected under the act. FYI the door was fitted in January and we are now in Mid March.

I’m sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the after-sales service you have received.
I have looked into your complaint and I can see our support team are actively working on your case and communicating with the installers to remedy the situation.
In regards to the fingers pulls you advised arrived incorrectly, before approving your order a request was made to change the spec of the door and with this, the fingers pulls requested to be changed to escutcheon covers, we also sent images over before you approved your order to show what they would look like and we were advised to go ahead.
Although finger pulls were not ordered we sent these out free of charge as a gesture of goodwill due to the problems you had reported on our Facebook page.
On Martindale's attendance, they had been instructed to check the alignment of your door and check for the bow in the slab along with fitting the pull knob and finger pulls.
Upon receiving the site visit report back the fitters have confirmed there is a 2mm bow in the door which is within tolerance however would need a 2nd visit to correct the frame alignment as they had run out of the allocated time to correct this.
Your case has been requested to be booked as a priority to make the adjustments as soon as there is an available slot in the diary, I can see the team fed this update back via email however I will ask a member of the team to contact you with an update today.
Once again I am truly sorry for the issues you are experiencing with your order but I would like to assure you we are working hard to remedy the situation.

No aftercare provided when needed
My order arrived incorrectly, there were issues with the doors construction as well as my order however the most disappointing element is the lack of after care. I spoke with someone three times and was promised a resolution the following day. A week later and still no returned call. Luckily I have a competent builder who has fixed the issues but sadly no after care or care in general. Shame

Ludlow Solidor Composite Front Door
Carla at Timber Composite Doors was great. She answered all of my questions on the solidor like a true professional. Her emails were lightning speed and concise. She even helped me when I struggled to visualize the elegance glass for the black composite Ludlow solidor. She also sent me a sample of the door colour. The solidor was of a very high standard and I fitted it myself. I originally wanted to purchase an Endurance door, but I struggled to purchase a ' supply only'. Timber Composite Doors seem to be a modern company with 'old school' philosophy. That is, 'customer is king'. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again.

In fact, I would say even better than many others on the market. Carla was extremely professional and even helped me select the elegance glass, which is very attractive to the eye. Nice door arrived on time
The door arrived on time and was fitted by my contact yesterday. All looks good and am happy with the service.
They do phone you up when you put in details for a quote which can be a bit persistent if like us we were looking as a few versions but good overall experience.
