I am very disappointed in the customer…

I am very disappointed in the customer service and care on my account. First, I had a lawsuit that was filed against me because of the non-action by timberline. Then I had a second account where a settlement was reached and timberline did not attend to it. I call frequently to inquire on my account and I’m told each time that someone will call me back and no one does. I will never recommend Timberline to anyone.

Not worth the headache. Find someone else

I've been dealing with timberline for many years. Timberline is taking their sweet time to resolve my issues which has caused drastic credit issues for me. Right now I've been waiting for 7 months for them to close one account. You ask how can they close it without the money to pay it off? Glad you asked, I gave them the cash to resolve it in September 2020 but haven't done anything. Frustrating to have to deal with Timberline at this point. I just want to be done with this.

Third time the charm I hope for Estimate to Complete

The customer service reps. I have spoken to on 3/11/21; 3/18/21 and 4/6/21 were all very helpful and pleasant. The only problem was I have had to call 3 times to try to get my Estimate to Complete processed. Today I spoke with Sade who was wonderful, answered all my questions but had to take another recording to hopefully get this processed. Will be checking my email in 2 business days to hopefully receive it.

crooks

Do not use this firm for anything. A total rip off. After five months of payments to them they had not gotten in touch with any of my creditors. The late payments this caused ruined my credit rating. I am dealing with each of my credItors personally. These people are crooks. I got my money back but small consolation to the work I'll have to do to recover my good credit.
STAY AWAY FROM TIMBERLINE.

Frustrated

Frustrated. While the CS worker was nice, she didn't know what she was talking about. I had to help her with her calculations by walking her through how to add up my payoff as her numbers were way off. She didn't have answers to my questions nor understand my question. Every time I call I get different answers. I'm done with my program and I just want to wrap everything up. It's super complicated and is going to require many follow up phone calls on my end to ensure everything is done correctly. While I am grateful for the program and how it has helped us, a LOT of information was left out or told to us incorrectly. I can't say I would do this again.

Lower monthly payments?

I called to see if my monthly payments could be lowered after one of my debts was settled. Times have been very tough due to Covid-19 and it would be of great benefit to have a slightly lower payment.
