I made a mistake with our order for fencing panels etc. Thank you to Adyta (at Beaconsfield I think) who rang to query it. She had noticed incompatibility of order and spent quite a bit of time correcting it with us.
Great service...we'll be back !

POOR QUALITY PHENOLIC BOARD
purchased 3 phenolic ply boards for a trailer £160
and after a few months the plastic cover split on 1 sheet in dead centre ,bearing in mind these haven't been driven over or used and had a cover over them as projects not finished yet...
raised this with timber store they took it unseriously just immaturely said it's happened cause its been cut ?or ill raise it with the seller or they couldn't find my order, just kept going with bul excuses
in short had to sort it out myself,
cant say what,
u can see timber store has taken a yr to reply with yet more bull excuses

if u really want to sort this out refund me for 1 sheet?out of the 3 i purchased ?

Such a beautiful property. I true getaway stay from a busy life. It’s located in a lovely village with amazing walks and drives around. The property is finished to a beautiful standard and is very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. It has everything you need inside. We went to chatsworth farm shop which is a 13 minute drive and you can buy some of the finest quality food there. We will definitely stay here again and both Jake and Victoria were very helpful and informative. Thank you for a wonderful staycation.

Excellent service. Rang for advice but were busy. They called back twice. Timber in stock. I needed delivery early as juggling projects. Arrived on time and quality product. Delivery driver helped unload. 100% all round.

We recently visited Timberstore, Tavistock to purchase some fencing. Nick H served us and could not have been more helpful. He competently and with genuine interest and diligence, negotiated us through ordering appropriate grade of wood for the job and guided and advised us regarding relevant lengths of wood to avoid waste. As a result of his patience, manner and politeness we really felt unpatronised. A fantastic person to serve you

Bought a load of timber from Tavistock Timberstore for a workshop. Best prices around and all staff very helpful, good quality timber.
I would recommend them.

Failed to respond to a complaint about their driver who reversed a fully loaded HGV into my private drive without authorization refused to leave when asked and unloaded his entire load before leaving. Reported to customer services. No apology Bad business

and it arrived today, 5 days later, as per the booked delivery date. The driver was so polite and cheerful that I fogot I was in England ! I had sent two e-mails to the company for clarification on quality and warranty but did not get a response, hence 1 star was deducted on this review. I will still recommend the company to others. Thank you Mr Chirpy Driver, I should have asked for your name, sorry!

The timberstore near withiel is fantastic, friendly helpful staff, always cheerful, first class service, timber is excellent, highly recommended. Thank you for all your help

We have ordered twice from this company in the last month or so, they are efficient, quickly help to resolve an issue if there is one. Agata in the office is a gem and the delivery driver (sorry I didn’t take his name) was polite, courteous and accommodating, I would happily recommend you guys, Thank you
