I felt I had to send in my experience today with Time2 support.
I spoke with Akeel. who must be the most patient man alive.
I had a new router installed and everything had to be redone, TVs iPhones, iPads, Hive the lot. I was ready to give up when Akeel led me through it with the patience of Job. I was half expecting him to have a chuckle at my incompetence but no. A professional.
Long story short this is great service and should be applauded.

I recently purchased 2 x Olivia indoor rotating cameras so that I can check on my elderly parent. The cameras were simple and straightforward to set up following the user guide supplied with the cameras it has given me piece of mind not mention that when we are out of the house they act as security cameras and to say I am so pleased is an under statement I was dreading the thought of trying to set the cameras up but it was simple and quick. The Time 2 camera system is amazing I own both the Oscar external cctv and the Olivia internal cams both give clear images in daytime and at night we have metal halide (white light) streetlighting so the view is colour throughout the night. installation of the clan software is straightforward but if you have any issues the Support via e-mail is first class I have used this to great effect if you are in the market for a top class smartphone monitored system you cannot go wrong with Time 2.

Bought two Oscar 3 outdoor wifi security cameras was amazed at how clear the picture was for wifi well impressed.

I just bough 3 Olivia 2 security cameras to watch over my elderly mother. Camera set up was easy and the customer service is fantastic. They answered my queries very quickly; absolutely no waiting and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend these cameras to anyone wanting peace of mind.

Bought 2 cameras 3 yrs ago, they no longer support. The cameras themselves were a good clear picture, when you could keep them connected & they didn't time out. I must say out of 3 years I would be lucky to have had 18 months of actual camera security, and I would have expected longer support.

We bought 4 cameras about 3 years ago. After storing them for a while we want to set them up again. We can't, as Times2 have told us that these 'Legacy Products' are no longer supported.

We bought these in good faith. There was no warning that the products were on the verge of obsolescence and we never had any communication afterwards that support was going to be withdrawn.

So, after spending a load of money, we have now been advised to buy a better Times2 product. We won't as we do not know when they will stop supporting any of their products.
When the cameras were working and supported, they were quite good. Now I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Our perfectly usable but unsupported products must, it seems, be thrown away.

We have very much enjoyed our 4 lovely cameras over several years and when our phone update to IOS 15 required us to start again with an updated app the support we got fro Adam was outstanding and we quickly reverted to full operational use.

i have had and tried a few cameras ,as my car its just outside my window, and people turn there cars ,and 5 times my car has been damaged, this camera is so so good best buy, great price,so easy to install ,took me less than 5 mins,and the quality of play back is 1st class, i can recomend this camera to an one "Sophia 2" is the best camera for me ,

I bough a mix of Oscars and Olivias, they were all easy to set up and the tech support from Adam was excellent. I asked him for assistance on three occasions (mainly as I hadn't read the instructions correctly!) and he gave me quick and easy to follow steps. I would definitely recommend, especially for people who are not too tech savvy!

Our old alarm was past its useful life so looked around for a replacement. Many of the older established companies had a number of negative reviews that put me off. During my search I came across Time 2 and their Noah alarm. It looked good, the reviews were positive and it wasn't badly priced. I even got 3 monthe interst free, paying in full over 3 months.
I went for the 9 piece alarm bundle with a couple of extra PIRs. Having a dog we also decided to get a couple of cctv cameras, one for outside and one for dog watching in the living room.
The alarm arrived quick and reading the instructions it seemed all too easy to set up.
I downloaded the Clan app, which everything else hangs on. From there it was just add an item, press a button to get a flashing light and the items added.
Alarm, really impressed. I can set it from my phone, from the keypad, from the remote or the hub. I liked being able to check its set even when Im away. Piece of mind that my son remember to set it on his way out. The PIRs do what they should. Ive renamed them for the rooms theyre in so I easily know what tripped.
CcTV, this is great. HD images. 24 hour a day recording and playback, even on your phone when your away. 2 way talk back. Its been great to see our dog sleeping whilst we have been out. Checking shes ok.
So impressed with this that I got another inside camera for my elderly fathers house. We placed it in his hall so I can see him as he moves around his house. Set it up to notify my when he moves past the camera. Then gave him and my sister acess to the camera so they can watch it themselves. Dad thinks its a great idea. He even sits in a chair near the camera to speak to me. Piece of mind hes ok.
I have needed to speak with Time2. Adam, I found, was such a polite and knowledgeable person.
I couldnt recommend this alarm and cctv system more.

I use a Time 2 Sophia 2 camera to help me keep a watch on my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. If she doesn’t answer the phone when `I ring I can quickly check if she’s OK.
Great product - very reliable with excellent after sales/ technical support (Adam) when required. All from a local firm operating from the North West.
Recommended strongly for all your home security needs

I needed some help with setting up my Time2 camera, so I called the customer service. Adam was very quick in understanding the issue and fixing it. Even though my camera is currently out of support, Adam still helped with sending me the password reset link and setup instructions. Highly recommend this product and service!

I could not get the Storage Device to work properly on iPad mini5
On contacting the Time2 support team, Nicole kindly put me in touch with Adam also at Time2, who gave me an explanation of why the Mini iPad might not work correctly with the storage device.
(a cover on the iPad) Now it works!
I must thank Adam for staying with my problem when in fact Time2 no longer support this storage model.
Superb service!!

Having managed to delete the App off my phone I was getting in a right pickle trying to register the new App with my mobile. Adam from the customer service dept couldn't have been more helpful ringing me back to allow my mobile to be free while I went through it with him. The sytem is working brilliantly again which gives so much reassurance if like me you have dogs at home while you're in work. Many thanks Time2 and especially Adam.
