Bought three phone holders after seeing an advert on Twitter. When they arrived they were of appalling quality and didn’t work as shown in the Twitter video. After complaining to the supplier I was told to return the items to China for a refund costing £9+. Surprisingly I did get a refund perhaps because I was complaining through PayPal. Moral of the story, don’t buy from these people.

Do not ever buy from them. The products are a scam and the customer service is as bad as it gets.

Like every other review. Dishonourable, disreputable liars. Never buy a product fro them. Cheap crap plastic phone holder, doesn't work, is nothing like the FaceBook ad, showing metal quality product. No genuine response from 5 return attempts, just said we sent what you ordered and did not honour their advertised return policy. Appalling.

STAY AWAY! Lousy business with cheap product. Product nothing like shown in video. Advertised as free shipping but charged me anyway plus another fee. Paypal would not help me. Product broke on first use. Just junk. Trying to return.

The product is cheap substandard plastic cr*p and not at all like the product shown in their adverts. All attempts to return the items and get a refund have failed. I am seeking a full refund via my payment provider.

They are scammers.

Cheap plastic s***. I didn't get to use my portable card phone holder. Broke before I set it up. I asked for refund, here is the answer:
"Since we’ve sent what you ordered, if there is no other problems with the products, it won't be supported to return or exchange.
Thanks."

If you did fall for the scam, open a paypal dispute. I received full refund this way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Really cheaply made products that take ages to arrive, are made of cheap materials (nothing like their flashy expensive looking adverts portray them).
Will be denied a refund even though the website says
"We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse with your receipt of the product, and make sure the product is in new condition, then we will give you a full refund/exchange with no questions asked. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item."

Freakin scam company with cheap products, waited for more than a month, wasted USD39 for 5 piece of cheap plastics (card-sized phone holder). How I wish I had googled before buying from this website. They have made all the photo and video ads very convincing. Was expecting some quality or metal like product. What's worse is, I could not even fit my phone without case in their "standard" adapter. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. If I can put zero star, I would.

Ordered an item in early Nov 2020 but it never arrived. Continually chased customer services but told to wait. After several months of many emails nothing. I asked for a refund and got ignored. Really disappointing.

Beware of that gemshop. Selling lumpy gems...cheap plastic stuff for high price, no shop, no refunds since their neither an impressum nor has a trusted shop functionality.

I got the the card phone holders, but the quality is very bad.

They do not supply what they advertise, they supply cheap plastic knock offs and when trying to raise a complaint and get money back they just keep sending the same response of "We sent you the right item so you cant return it, thanks".

Completely fake... I wish l had read the other reviews before l placed my order.
Bought the "Portable card phone holder", received it after almost one month and it's truly a very bad plastic object impossible to use. It would have been better not to have received it at all... it's my first fake order since 15+ years of buying everything on line and worldwide.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, THEY SELL VERY VERY BAD QUALITY ITEMS AND WILL NOT REFUND AT ALL! EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS STILL UNUSED AND UNOPENED! WILL BE TAKEN THIS TO FAIR TRADING

Do not buy from this company ! I ordered from them a month ago and still haven’t received my ordered and tried to to contact them but they will not even respond back to my emails. There is no customer support!

This company has no morales, respect or desire to be the company they advertise to be. The products are useless and worthless, my advice is to keep your money in your pocket. This company needs to disappear as quickly as possible, and with your help by not supporting these type of companies, we will have a better shopping experience.

I ordered Xmas decorations from timegem which didn’t arrive. They refused to accept this and said I should contact the local post office. The were next to useless and I definitely wouldn’t recommend that anyone purchase anything from them.

Just been scammed no way of getting intouch with these people do not buy a thing from them.
