Do not buy from this 'company'

If only I had read the reviews about this company. I am usually so careful but their advert appeared on a social media website and I foolishly assumed that they were a decent company. My experience echoes all other reviews. I started chasing the products a month or so after I had ordered them in early November and was sent a tracking link which when clicked said no such item existed. On each subsequent enquiry I was sent the same tracking link and asked to check with my neighbours and friends as the items had apparently been posted into my letterbox late on evening in December. I pointed out that we were all at home as our country is in lockdown plus I have security cameras which showed that no such delivery had taken place. I am now in the process of seeing if my credit card company can help because although the amount of money is relatively small, the number of people that they have done this to will enable them to make quite a nice profit. Avoid this company at all costs - I wish that they could be prevented from advertising on social media sites.

Do not use this Company - SCAM ALERT

I as others had wished I had read these reviews, yes they are a SCAM company, they claim that if you do not have a positive experience, they will do everything to help you. I can assure you they do not. They scammed me with a Black Friday deal buy 2 get one FREE, guess what I did not get the free one, and they are blaming me. DO NOT USE THEM

Christmas Scam Artist

This company is a total scam. I fell for the cute ads and ordered ornaments for my friends. I'm out 60 bucks. I wish I had googled this company before I purchased from them. Lesson learned.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I wish l had read the other reviews before l placed my order. Like others l tried to claim a refund. The same replies continued to be sent. I never got any order confirmation and there is no telephone number or address on the very poor website. Their email address does not even include their name. BE WARNED: THIS IS NOT A PROPER COMPANY AND YOU HAVE NO REDRESS IF YOU USE THEM.

COVID ornaments a complete scam

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered 10 COVID Christmas ornaments, and when they arrived they were disgusting cheap knock-offs. Words completely misspelled. “Teller paper” beside a photo of toilet paper!! I paid a lot of money for these ornaments and the company is refusing to give me my money back. Learn from my mistake. NEVER do business with these scammers.

Timegem is a fake/scam company

Timegem is a fake/scam company. The products are extremely cheap knock offs from China from other companies and not as advertised. They do not honour their refund policy which states you can get a refund if you are not 100% satisfied no questions asked within 90 days. They simply said over email that they will not offer a refund, despite their promises on their website.

Nothing has arrived

Bought a Christmas decoration off them a few weeks ago. The tracking link doesn't work, I cannot log into my account with them anymore and nothing as arrived. I am hoping this is not yet another facebook scam site.
