Unable to contact

Unable to contact , permanent phone message saying contact via email or chat line. Neither is disclosed to enable contact. Phoned another part of the company in London, they are not able to assist other than disclosing phone number which is not answered

I damaged the strap

I damaged the strap on a discontinued accurist watch. Couldn't find a replacement strap anywhere at a sensible price. Then I discovered Time Products UK Ltd. Fantastic price fantastic friendly service got it within 2 days. Excellent

My Accurist repair

My Accurist watch with great sentimental value had a.problem with a damaged dial. After talking with Accurist they put me in touch with time products to purchase a new dial. They took payment and the dial arrived next day. On opening the package I found a complete new movement and a note to say that this would make the repair easier. Only charged for the dial. Great service.

Excellent Service

Bought a new SEKONDA ladies wristwatch at Gatwick Duty Free only to find it would not work.
Contacted Time Products and Becky in their customer service didn’t hesitate to arrange return of watch to them. It was repaired and returned in working order within days all at no charge.
Totally recommend them.

Appalling company

Since purchasing an accurist watch eight years ago, the leather strap has had to be replaced four times now at a cost of £23.40 each time, due to the poor quality. This is bad enough but I cannot even get to order one now. I first phoned earlier this week and was informed that the watch straps were in stock but that they were in the process of installing a new computer system so I was asked to call back later in the week. I therefore called again on Wednesday and after being put on hold for fifteen minutes was told that they were having a new system installed and could I call them back today. I have just tried phoning only to get a recorded message saying that they were closed every Friday! Appalling

Avoid as customer service ignores you…

Avoid as customer service ignores you when you contact them and now sent two requests for assistance regarding a new watch purchased for my disabled daughter. Will avoid Sekonda watches from now on (and to think my family have used these for over 25 years!). Well another lot of custom lost but doubt they are bothered. No complaints process or CEO details to contact so beware.

Pleasure dealing with this Company.

Had an excellent customer service experience with this company. In fact I have never had such a good experience with any company. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and Sekonda to anyone. Kind and efficient.

Great service

We bought my daughter a Seksy watch last Christmas with which she was delighted. Unfortunately, 7 months later, a stone had fallen out and was lost. Went to the retailer who could send it away for a quote for repair. I felt they could have been more helpful as we had bought two Seksy watches at that time so decided to contact Sekonda direct. Got a reply from Time Products (the Sekonda owner) with an immediate apology but they did not have the required stones in stock so sent a complete new watch case a few days later. What can I say - excellent customer service and an example to all businesses.
