Had bought a watch from this seller, but the box arrived totally crushed. Had informed seller and told him that I will monitor the watch and send back due to the condition the watch arrived in and he agreed and he said will dispatch another box to me.
Waited for 5 weeks, the watch did not arrive. Checked with seller regarding the box and at the same time the second hand of the watch had malfunctioned around 3 weeks of receiving the watch and was considering of sending the watch back. Seller commented to send the watch back do not require the box.
Had sent back the damaged watch and box to the seller and seller replied that he had received it, and had asked if I wanted a refund or 1-1 exchange. Had opted for 1-1 exchange but after waiting for more than a month, the watch did not arrive. Had dropped seller 3 emails to enquire about my exchange, but seller did not respond. This is the most Ir-responsible seller I had encountered.
I couldn't ask for a better transaction! My watch arrived the next day and it's nicer looking than I expected! The product seems to be great and the price was awesome!
