Amazing products and customer service
Amazing products! I adore all of my pieces but what makes them very special is excellent customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions they can never do enough to help. Chloe from the London store has been awesome to deal with and can’t do enough to help. I just had a question about an issue I had with a new side unit and she sent me a full video to show how to solve it which I followed and solved the issue. Brilliant!

Problem resolved quickly
Edit: Within 12 hours of posting the review Chloe from customer service had been in touch. The initial problem was dealt with very quickly and with far more grace than the situation required.
Everything was resolved before I’d had my first coffee of the day.

Ordered an item which states made to order with a long lead time. Not a problem so i ordered but was surprised a couple of days later by an email from a company called Andrew Martin saying my item was arriving next day.
Ordinarily thats fine but was curious so sent an email to “Anita” my point of contact re this company. Didn’t get a response so took delivery anyway.
The item arrived but is a different colour to what i ordered. T Oulton have a no return policy on “made to order” items so right off the bat there’s a problem. It was obviously in stock here in the uk ready to ship. We went back and too via email but whenever i addressed the cost of return postage it was passed over.
The item is not as described or pictured. Still new and packaged. Two days passed now with no response.
So far a terrible first time experience.
I wouldn’t recommend the company based on this purchase.
