Exceptional service
We received the warmest of welcomes by India at Timothy Oulton. Nothing was too much trouble and she is efficient, extremely polite and attentive and a pleasure to do business with. She even welcomed our huge dog! We are looking forward to receiving our order soon and she is keeping us updated regularly. It is rare these days to find such excellent customer service.

This is a great company. Right from the outset they were very professional. We dealt with a lovely person called Chloe. I recently posted on Trust Pilot that I had an unfortunate customer service experience with TO. Chloe the manager of the London Flagship store contacted me within 12 hours of the filing of my concern and rectified the entire matter and misunderstanding. Amazing products and customer service
Amazing products! I adore all of my pieces but what makes them very special is excellent customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions they can never do enough to help. Chloe from the London store has been awesome to deal with and can’t do enough to help. I just had a question about an issue I had with a new side unit and she sent me a full video to show how to solve it which I followed and solved the issue. Brilliant!
