My husband and I walked onto the kings…
My husband and I walked onto the kings road store and were greeted with a warm welcome from Rachel. We were looking for a bedroom chandelier. Rachel could not have been more helpful. We saw some lights we loved. We were unsure of measurements, Rachel emailed all the information over. We then went back and ended up purchasing two new lights. So refreshing to meet an assistant who bends over backwards to help. Will definitely use this store as a first stop to purchasing any new furniture or lights!

We have loved working with Rachael at Timothy Oulton. We’ve worked with her on several items and she’s always so thoughtful and easy to work with. We’ve worked purchased a chair there that consistently gets rave reviews. Rachael made the whole process - from ordering to delivery - super easy. Chloe Gratter was a delight to work with when I was needing to replace the fabric on my sofa. Although I’m disappointed that I need to pay to replace it after only three years (due to what appears to be a fabric defect and lots of fraying), Chloe did everything she could to assist me quickly and kindly.
