Popped in for an impromptu browse at this delightful shop on the Kings road. Despite not being in the market for furniture, I was welcomed and looked after with genuine warmth and kindness. India was extremely friendly and professional, guiding me through the range of products with acute knowledge while creating a relaxed, homely atmosphere. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and the customer service of this brand and will most certainly be coming back.

The ultimate shopping experience?
Stumbling upon Timothy Oulton when browsing King’s Road was a bit like discovering Tutankhamen’s Tomb…quite an unexpected and truly wonderful discovery!!
But even more wonderful than the shop itself was the experience being served by India, one of the most helpful, caring and professional shop attendants we have ever come across. And we have been to a few shops over the years… There were just no limits to her service mind and willingness to assist. Even if we just purchased a few small items she made us feel extraordinarily special and looked after.

My husband and I walked onto the kings…
My husband and I walked onto the kings road store and were greeted with a warm welcome from Rachel. We were looking for a bedroom chandelier. Rachel could not have been more helpful. We saw some lights we loved. We were unsure of measurements, Rachel emailed all the information over. We then went back and ended up purchasing two new lights. So refreshing to meet an assistant who bends over backwards to help. Will definitely use this store as a first stop to purchasing any new furniture or lights!

We have loved working with Rachael at Timothy Oulton. We’ve worked with her on several items and she’s always so thoughtful and easy to work with.
