Excuses over excuses

You say it was the manufacturer who had the delay. However, I emailed them directly and they stated they were in stock and you needed to be pushed as they had been sent. All I know is of all the companies I have dealt with yours is the worst. Plus you deleted comments off your page totally unacceptable.

Very competitive pricing

Very competitive pricing. Items worked great for workplace gifts I needed on a tight budget. Shipping was reliable. I had good communication from them when an issue arose. It was resolved quickly. Very happy I found them. I have made multiple purchases from them. A+ experience each time.

Absolutely Scam - Avoid at all costs

Absolutely Scam.
I ordered a smartphone on 5 December. After 24hrs later, they sent me an email asking me to take a photo of my credit card and send to them?!? I sent them my card photo. After that moment, I did not hear any word from. It has been three days since they charged my card, they did not even process my order let alone shipping it. Their website says "our respond time is 24hrs". That is an absolute BS because they did not contact me 72hrs. I sent four emails. Their online chat is a scam, too. You can log in to chat but there is no response. I ordered 3 products and lost my money > $1000
Big disappointment. Stay away from these scammers.

Scam, avoid this company!

I'd bought small orders from them before without major issue, then stupidly I made a larger purchase. Items never showed up, and I have contacted them multiple times with no response. Either it's a scam, or they simply loose orders and have zero customer service reps. Avoid this company!
Edit: So I noticed the response from Tiny Deal, however a day prior to this response I did hear from them asking me to wait another two weeks to see if it arrives. Either I'm being lied to (along with anyone reading this) or the company is so disorganized they have no way of knowing who has and hasn't been contacted, and what was and wasn't shipped.

Nonexistant Customer Support

Poor customer support
If you ordered and item and there was no issue you would probably be giving them 5 stars - have an issue - they are dreadful.
Had a Bluetooth issue with a new phone - other than asking for stupid things like can you send a video of it not working (me holding a phone shouting "Hello" and not getting an answer) they were technically useless so phone returned for a refund. They then had the unmitigated gall to charge me 25% of the purchase price because it was no longer a "new" phone!!! so I was out of pocket £15 to return it and a further £25 for the pleasure of them sending me a faulty phone. There is honour, integrity and customer service - three terms TinyDeal have no concept or understanding of. I would recommend you avoid.

Do not buy at Tinydeal

Package never arrived at my address. Track and trace clearly showed it was never delivered. Tinydeal however wanted me to prove it was not delivered, refused to cooperate and did not refund.
I opened a dispute at Paypal, and Paypal decided in my favor. If it wasn't for Paypal i would still be waiting for my money. I will never buy at Tinydeal again. Waste of time and money.

The first ordered there and until today …

The first ordered there and until today after 34 days received no goods.
I had it somehow in the feeling that nothing matters, because at least are things from the region after 14 days there .... Not to be recommended !!!

Update 15.12.2017:

15 days are over and there is still nothing arrived, the reviews in various portals remain and are still expanding ... SO NOT !!! Something brazen I have not found .... CAUTION! SCAMMER !!!

Got to love tinydeals.com

I have been purchasing from tinydeals.com for years, and I'll be honest with you their products are amazing, especially their phones.
Have purchased phones from brands, such as TomTom, oukitel and Maze.
Also bought little things such as dash cams, headphone glasses, water proof bags etc.
Their delivery is really fast and efficient to.
I usually get DHL to deliver if I'm inpatient or Aus post express if I'm not and both these methods are extremely fast, DHL usually 1-2 days, Aust post usually 3-4 days.
I actually just ordered my new phone 3 weeks ago on pre sale and was told that it would take longer than usual, so I asked tinydeals to change it, it took them less than 2 hours to respond, in less than 1/2 a day my new phone was sent to me, 1 and 1/2 days later it was in my hands.
Oh and if your looking for a new phone check out Maze Alpha. Its absolutely amazing, great specs for the price.
People have to understand that tinydeals is a business and there are unforseen circumstances that happen that are out of their control, such as delays in the mail, or delivered when broken, this is most likely the fault of the postal service.
And when asking for refunds tinydeals do their best to make it all amicable for everyone.
I've just got to say great job tinydeals and I'll be purchasing my next phone from you guys definitely.

I ordered some Bluetooth headphones …

I ordered some Bluetooth headphones months ago. They posted them and I could see that they hadn’t actually got to my address and immediately got sent back out-think Germany or Switzerland. Yet I somehow need to prove something by sending forms from the post office with a branch stamp on. Was not there fault and I didn’t use the uk postage for this item. They posted it so why do I have to prove something. They won’t even send me out replacement headphones..I’m starting to think they didn’t exist in the first place..by cheap by twice is the way it looks..not happy at all. PayPal are on the case now 😡

very bad customer service - don't buy from TinyDeal if you expecting good customer service i prefer.

very bad customer service and if the defective item it's really bad policy. then just refund 5% of the amount. and that one also took 2 months. I suggest never buy from TinyDeal. worst customer service ever I had a face.
they asked for video which is not a visible thing. and almost take more than 1 month but no resolution for the issue.

if you write a product review on the site they hide if it's not positive. so don't trust review as well.

so I decided to post each and every blogs and review site about my experience so other people think about before buying from TD.

I decided to post this review at least 100 sites so people aware about my experience and think before buying.
