I would definitely not purchase anything from that site again! I placed an order on 12th September to get a mini projector and only got it today. I had paid extra for shipping in order to get the item faster as I needed it last week for an event. I had to buy something else instead, which is a complete waste of time and money. Customer service did come back to me saying that there was some problems with the shipment (i.e it was shipped back to them for some reason) and today I had to pay for customs charges, which I wasn't aware of either. I am very disappointed with TinyDeals and it turns out that it didn't get a 'tiny deal' in the end! So I just wanted to share my experience with you. If you do order from them, I hope you get luckier! I did ask for a refund for the shipping but no replies yet.

Received wrong item. Bad experience with contact and so far no solution. Lost my money. No contact for over a week now. Before that 2 weeks some contact about sending photos what I did but no solution.

Replacement service slow and inefficient.
Worst shopping experience ever.
Had to pay 20€ to return faulty equipment, and than it was again not enough.

I recently bought a smartphone that was described to be sold with 2 gifts,one silicon case and one tempered glass BUT i never received them.
I sent an e-mail before 2-3 days and i haven't received an answer.Still waiting

I bought a selfie stick on 13/07/2017, more than 3 weeks later I emailed because I couldn't track my package. They replied my package returned to them. I asked them to cancel this order and refund my money back but i didn't get reply from them. I emailed again and again, They never give a right answer for me. 'Anita' ONLY this person is replying my email and she makes me annoying. LAST REPLY she said "If you want them(warehouse) resend the package to you, you need to pay for more 5usd handling fee, If you don't want this package any more, the package will return to us, but it will cost 8usd handling fee, blah blah----"
I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WITH ONLINE SHOPPING.
It was not my fault but need to pay more to refund it.

I ordered a cellphone - THL T6C - a year ago from Tinydeal. Recently, it was rendered useless due to a motherboard malfunction which stops booting halfway, stuck on THL logo - probably a production defect.
I knew Tinydeal policy only gives 6 month warranty for cellphones, but i decided to contact them to see i if there was brand warranty or if i could get some kind of compensation.
I was told there was no more warranty and to see if it could be fixed in a local store, or send it back to them (but that option is expensive anyway, because i'm in Portugal and costs are high to send back, considering the phone is was only 63 USD). Costs to repair and get another motherboard are high and difficult to find a shop that repairs THL equipment in Portugal.
Therefore, a monetary compensation was in order. I asked to received a fair amount in Tinydeal points. But the maximum they were willing to give was 8 USD in Tinydeal points, for a 63 USD cellphone! This is unacceptable, as a show of good faith i asked for 27 USD in TD points, not even half, and 8 USD is what i was offered! I mean, it wouldn't even harm them to give tinydeal points, because i would probably end up spending more money, but they just refuse - dumb business move really.

Once I ordered the product was defective.
I hope in the future I will not get the wrong product
