Great site and very fast delivery

My order number is 8630074577400003018397 and the screen protector I ordered arrived cracked. The solution I received was beyond laughable. They said they would only resend if I ordered more items off their website and the order had to be over $20. They don't accept fault and don't back up their items if they make me order more items just to get my broken item resent. I will not accept item to be resent because I won't be in town to accept. The only solution for me is full refund. This is not my fault that this happened.

I purchased 4 smartphones from them and one of them arrived defective (screen was a negative image). When I asked them what to do they said to send it back by the cheapest method possible so they wouldn't have to pay for duty. It took a month to get back to them. They offered to give me a repaired cheaper phone in its place and when I refused they told me they would credit me for 60% of the phone less shipping charges because it is a used phone. The representative is very rude and does not want my business or anyone else's. I would fire this person if they worked for me.
TinyDeal's response is that they will send the defective phone that they sent me for repair and hope to get it back in a month. lol

Beware of this site. Very bad quality items. Mi camera was defective on arrival. Seller refused to refund after a month and despite I submitted all the proof. Complained to PayPal and I was elegible for refund, however I was responsible for the traceable shipping back to China, which was 3 times the cost of the crappy item. I lost my money :(
Don't buy from China unless you have Ebay's money back warranty. Don't be fooled by the seemingly low prices, It is a scam.

There are already plenty of ideas and things to do. The transportation is fast, accurate and in the snuff pack. I never cheated.

I ordered LeEco Le Max 2 from TinyDeal and just after twoo weeks of using phone, phone started to have problems with touch and lines that are appearing on screen.

All communications is very slow - their respond take more than 3 days and all their responds are very ambigious, even they don't respond on all my questions.

8.7 (before 10 days) it happend that last item of tracking log is "Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb)". I told them 8.7 to check with post office what is going on and I still didn't get respond.

Also, one thing that I don't understand is that why should anyone who has problems with phone, and that problems came not beacuse of person that use phone, but because of manufacturer, why the person (customer) should pay for anything if everything is under warranty?

I was asking a lot whether I should get full refund but they didn't respond me even just one time!

Ordering from TinyDeal is clearly just a bad and sad experience for me, so I will give 2 stars.

Shopping experience at Tinydeal.com has been good, with every purchase I made! Once there was a defective product, I got a full refund. I got a full answer to my technical question. The prices are average.

i bought a xiaomi headphones and they came after 3 months and they were fake.

I had never a problem with tinydeal. I got 6-7 from there, without problems.

I won a UC46+ portable projector on 20 June. I just had to pay the shipping cost which I did immediately. Then customer service told me UC46+ was sold out. This is quite strange because one can still order it on tinydeal.com. They also offered UC30 as a substitute. I rejected it since the shipping cost I paid was close to the full price of UC30. First we agreed I can take a PH5 if I pay USD 2. I did so but then they changed their minds. Finally we agreed they refund my money.
I don’t know how many of the ten seckill winners were treated like that but it was rather unfair. Does seckill mean dumping rubbish on customers?

This Hong King based scam just took the money and disappeared, claimed the phone is popular and have to wait but no time frame and still taking order on their site. 1 out of 10 chance that you might get the item you ordered. Stay away from this seller.

Tiny deal was a true surprise. They have some competitive prices in products of well known brands (ie xiaomi). In addition they offer products exclusively. It is an overall excellent site that I trust for my purchases. I recomend it. You can use paypal and the delivery times are from 10 to 18 days.

I ordered an Oukitel K6000 Plus on 19 April. Only after 10 days, presumably, was shipped to me in Roumania, but I haven't received any photo with my labeled package on e-mail as others companies are using to do in respect for their customers. I paciently waited 10 days for them to procure the item, which I would have not bought if I knew that is not in their warehouses. Now, 3rd July , after 2 months since it supposedly was shipped, I am still waiting :))) And tracking number is useless.It shows only what happened on 29 April. RU464375320CH
