Service Is Crap first I'm offended wen they lie about their name stop using English sounding names no one is fooled by this you sound like Robots when a email is sent it's the same message over and over again.
I ordered several items in the past with no problems all of a sudden my address was not good enough even after telling them it was the same as before and I received other shipments with no problems it took 3days just to respond back to me.
Very slow to actually ship Use the excuse it takes time to update the info from the shipping company that may have been true several years ago but not today Ive shipped many items to others and info is updated almost as soon as it is received by the shipping company now.
Reading the other reviews almost every one is promised to improve but does not.
I may or may not order again depends on how quickly I need something

the worst company, I never received the order, and contact them, no answer, this is the worst service i have met. never buy again, and i will ask my credit company to refund.

Even, 5 months after the order placement, tinydeal support said me that I had to wait... they don't refund they don't resend. i lost money. only bought one time at tiny deal, amd will never buy again.

Terrible service. I bought an Asus Zenphone which they advertised as new but it arrived and was obviously secondhand. It had virus software already on it and when I sent it back for a refund they refused to refund the whole amount, saying it was used. Worst service I have ever had.

I ordered a phone on 7/05/2017(to date, the package is in transit), since then, I have contacted the company several times via several methods (including their chat which NEVER EVER works) asking some important info about customs taxes as the information in their website on this matter is not accurate of confusing, but haven't got any reply.

Hopefully they reply here, very disappointing to be ignored like this when you spent £230+ on their website.

i had ordered an item on 29/8/2014, but till date i haven't received the items. The amount has been deducted from my account. i have not received the item neither the amount has been credited back to my account!!!

I have placed two orders with tinydeal, a friend had ordered a watch and I liked it so I ordered... this took 3 weeks to arrive... I ordered the watch and placed another order a week later that took over a week to process... They wanted a picture of my credit card that I didn't understand, my first order they didn't have a problem collecting my money for... the second order arrived after a month. The first order is still missing, 5 weeks later. I went to post office with tracking number, they have no record of it arriving into Canada... that was a month ago... after a few emails over the last couple weeks the company keeps telling me to be patient. It's been 5 weeks and I am losing patience... not because of the problem... it's how they are dealing with it... the service with this company is horrible... after 5 weeks they are asking me to go to the post office (which I already did) and they want the post office to provide a document to say no record of package and have it stamped.. the post office say there is no such a document... but more importantly... their lack of concern of the issue and their advise is to give it 5 more weeks... after that they can work on a refund... there is no genuine concern that there product is lost... their whole business is based on shipping of product... again it's not the problem.. that's a problem... it's how they deal with it, they are making it my problem... I wished I never started doing business with this company. I don't recommend this company at all... all based on service... on a side note... the second order that had arrived was placed in a bag and was crushed and damaged when it arrived. A lot like my expectation of a company that is expected to deliver..

This company has responded to me to tell me to wait an additional 25 days... (5 more weeks). That is almost 3 months... the tracking says package has arrived in Canada over a month ago now.. yet Canada post has no record... it is lost... Tinydeal cannot tel me where my order is... for a month now... if you like a company that blows smoke up your butt, gives you poor customer service, that will make you wait 50 business days (10 weeks) before they will address the issue... then Tinydeal

Coming up on 8 weeks and this company is saying I need to provide proof that Canada hasn't received the product... the post office has know idea what they are talking about .. no document exist... if the product enters the country (with the tracking number they provide) it has to be recorded... they have stolen my money and insist my product is been hanging around in Canada... hiding, since March 30... this is a company that has no customer service... telling me to keep waiting is not service they are putting blame on me!!!!! I am not providing documents ! I paid for product they need to deliver!!!!!

88 Days... finally got a refund.... horrible company, horrible service... what is really sad is they get away with this crap... they delete reviews off their website... DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Okay hands down this is one of the best online shopping sites that I would recommend for anyone. This is easy, genuine and a site with a very friendly after sales customer help team. This site doesn't sell fake or replicas. if you order a xiaomi piston 3 headset, you will get an original xiaomi piston 3.

site has a variety of shipping options. Aramex is so cheaper and affordable for guys like me who shop for tech gadgets. arrives in about 5 days. the default shipping method is free and takes about 21 days to arrive and most of the items cost more than $10 has free tracking which is so great.

About some negative reviews of the website I see online. This site is authentic. What you need to do some research about the product you are gonna buy. i bought this action camera before a month and it was a complete knockoff. no quality whatsoever. however it was about $40 and it was alright. you need to keep out from products which doesn't have a brand. Q5H,TWS,K9 those are generic ones. shop for products like elecam, SJCAM, lenovo ,leco ....etc. you got the idea

And this site is good for buying accessories. they have a wide variety of mind blowing products which are just what you need . wireless memory card reader??? thank you just what i was searching for :D
