My wife order the leeco max 2 a week ago it is still process I have sent many emails to resolve but no answer back. email I gave them I cant get in to anymore they don't answer back we paid for the phone and extra for the shipping that is not shipped yet. the site is starting to feel like a scam.

Avoid buying anything from the seller. Rooted phone, broken button. Better off paying a little more and getting a better service.

Seller responded with a poor excuse to save face. Customer service or any contact was not existent for two months.

I just recently buy a smartphone from tinydeal. Overall i satisfied, because this is the first time i buy product from abroad. Im using free shipping, and i got my phone about 3 week to my country.
And the phone is working well, and this site offer more lower price than the others.

I bought a phone from tinydeal website. the phone took a long time to arrive. it got here after maybe 8 weeks. I spent around $145AUD. It worked for about 2 months. I emailed them and they siad send it back for warranty. I did this and when they received it they said it would cost $17USD to fix. This is what the manufacturer quoted them. That they would be charged this by the manufacturer. I asked about warranty but they said i had to pay for any replacement part but yes it was under warranty. After much emailing it became apparent that what they actually mean by warranty is that they will have it fixed there in china at the consumers cost and then sent it back. There is NO actual product warranty.

I thought stuff that. I asked them to send back the broken phone and i would fix here (i knew i would never get my phone back by this stage). they then suddenly changed their story and said they had fixed it (expressly against my wishes from earlier emails) and i wouldn't get it unless i paid. i refused.

just felt like a scam. who even knows if i would have go the phone back if i paid.

they were rude and devious in there conduct with me.

I ordered two flashlights; one a UV Blacklight and the other a 3800LM flashlight. I thought that the 3800LM was supposed to be the brightness of the flashlight. I have a friend who has a 1000 Lumen flashlight and the one I received was not as bright; however' the quality of the spread of light was excellent and much cleaner than that of my friend's. I really hate flashlights that are bright in the center and has inconsistent lighting from the center out to the edges. It makes it hard to actually see what you are trying to illuminate. The one I received might be 800 lumens, but it is consistent and clean from center to outer edges. I'll take this flashlight before I would even consider my friend's. I just wish they would put the correct brightness in the description. It does provide a wide full light that makes it easy to see everything in view. It does zoom in and out. When fully zoomed in, you do see the shape of the LED. This is typical of the Cree XM LED. The UV light is good. Don't go to your friend's house and use it in the dark on their toilet. You'll never use it again... You might check yours...

1. Battery least 3-4 days after normal use (the phone is very new yes, but is good to know)
2. Feels great in the hand, the wake up and volume keys are in great position in my view of point (you can use the fingerprint key for wake up too, very useful if you just want to check the time or if you miss something)
3. The included form MIUI software is not that much and i found it very useful for now
4. I am not a big camera men or photographer but the movies and the photos are very nice and i am very satisfied

I order my phone "Shipping from: Germany " before week and it still says "Order Status: Processing" than i got email to take photo of my credit card and I did then they said i edited picture which I did not thank I send again,I bought phone with my friends credit card cousei don't have one.Please send me the phone!

terrible company it is just a scam send faulty goods, asked for videos of faults these were sent , then they want you to spend more money so that they will send out replacements. they state that a full refund is not available even if the goods are returned. they offered only a third of the cost of the order. paid by paypal thinking that I was covered but have to send the goods back. price of return postage costs more than the goods are worth RUBBISH

I order a phone from tiny deal and i got it really fast in a few days (eu werhause) so i decide to buy two (2) more ( 29.3.)and now i have a problem. After 7 days they still didnt send my phones for wich i pay. On my account in my order window is still mark "processing" i dont know why you dont send me my order.
I order one phone for a gift and now ill go to bitrhday empty handed. Please send me my phones.

TOTAL SCAM SITE !!!!!! BE AWARE : So 2 weeks ago i orderd the LeEco le max 2 128 gb 6 gb ram . it would be shipped after 3-7 days. I wrote mails after 5 days they stopped responding to my mails. The item is still in " process " after 11 days i paid extra money ( Special Payments -Differents : after this mail and after i paid they ever awnserd my mails ) to get it shipped from europe and have it faster. I DONT KNOW why they didnt ship my product , i paid for it ! and why they dont send my product . I am using this shop since Date: 6/19/2012. I had problem only once when a product had a problem but when i communicate with their support they give me my money back in order to buy it again.

I've bought a phone(order# 3300069035520002874875) which its screen block after few seconds of use. I've contacted the customer service, and since the problema couldn't be solved I shipped the phone back to send it to Factory to repair. They told me that the phone couldn't be repaired, and if I wanted a new phone I should pay for it.
So, I buy a phone that doesn't work, I pay the return shipment, and afterwards they tell me that as it cannot be repaired I have to pay for another phone?
Is it a scam?

In truspilot review I was answered that they sent me an email. After my last reply to their email (5 days ago) I had no more answer, so if you answer the review with lies is better don't answer. In the middletime no proper solution has been offered from tinydeal staff.

I've made multiple cell phones orders from Tinydeal.
Items were sent form EU warehouse (no delivery charges) and I got em in a couple of days, extra fast. Never had to pay for customs :)

Anyhow, highly recommended. Will order again.

First purchase and positive experience, everything perfect, my father bought 2 phones on this page and to this day all good.
