I want to say thanks if I wasn't clear. Local tire man shops don't have the notoriety as a Tire Rack, so not having a installation invoice doesn't suffice even to uploading pictures of damaged tire, the damaged tire being fixed and told sidewall slices/punctures are not safe, as well as purchase of new tire with uploaded receipt, a written statement to the best of one's knowledge of the incident under Tire Rack road warranty. Thanks for at least accepting my money to purchase tire from you 'Tire Rack'. Maybe I will have a nail or something to uplad next time.

Extremely easy
I ordered my tires and the process was extremely easy. I received them in the timely manner as they told me I would. I will be telling friends and family - (even strangers) about my experience and recommend them to use tire rack in the future because I will certainly be buying all of my tires from them from now on.

No BS, just quick and tidy…
Within 2-3 business days or so I came home to four tires in front of my garage door (stacked interwoven) which I did appreciate, and then for the 5th (second order) I came home to (one spare) it behind my mailbox. Perfect placement! I live In a pretty nice community and never experience any crime in my neighborhood so I wouldn’t expect anything to happen to them in the first place. Hit them with some tire wet this afternoon getting ready to go on tomorrow! 😍 I maintain 4 vehicles tires and never a single issue this this company…. Now Michelin not offering any kind of rebate for 1,500-1,600 in tire is highway robbery by itself, I do understand that’s not tire racks responsibility, but you asked 😆

First time is a charm
This is the first time the delivery information mess up that I only received 3 tires but delivered show 1 tire delivered the day before, when I call tire rack they say sorry and offered credit for me for compensation but the installer are very good, they installed 3 of them first and the following when the fourth one arrive they call me and complete the installation of my tire.
