Great experience. Not only do I love the free road hazard insurance. I ordered the tires on Tuesday. They said they would arrive Thursday but instead arrived a day early on Wednesday. Great price along, road hazard insurance and quick delivery. Top notch.

Tires were delivered in timely manner. Actually came a day earlier than what the tracking app said. Tires were packaged professionally and delivered in mint condition. Tires/wheel package were balanced properly and came with everything needed to install immediately. I highly recommend.

I have purchased tires from tire rack at least 6 times and I have had nothing but the best experience with them! Their website is easy to navigate and find tires I’m looking for (and even better ones I wasn’t aware of!) the shipping is fast and easy and now I’m having them delivered to a local affiliated tire shop to make it even easier. Dirty ASS tires
tires unfortunately are shipped as just tires without any packaging to protect them. It seems as the weather gets warmer FEDEX leaves their delivery door open on their trucks (for a lack of air conditioning) and all packages get covered in a thick layer of gritty dust and grime. One should not have to wash new tires inside and out just to be able to install them. TireRack should consider some sort of packaging or change to a better carrier.
