We were concerned that we tranfered to Titan when we were booked on a BA flight to Dalaman Turkey. What a pleasant surprise, the plane was lovely, lots of leg room and the crew were friendly and helpful, it was a great flight and I would fly with them anywhere.

We flew to and from Zante with Titan airways as a third party plane through TUI.
Amazing experience. The plane was well taken care of, comfortable and we seemed to have more leg room than normal. Your staff are a credit to your airline. Very polite speedy and a little joke here and there helped calm my nervous flyer nerves. I also liked the talk through as they let you know what would be happening. Captain pointed out some landmarks on the way which was a lovely touch
Flight numbers were By5182 and By5183 hoping the staff get some well deserved recognition from the flights and we hope to fly with you again in the future

Flew from Gatwick to Fuerteventura, they were our airway on behalf of TUI. Staff were attentive and friendly. The pilot was lovely too - giving us a little welcome message and a farewell wish and ensured our safety during the slight turbulence on our flight. Seats were comfy for a 4 hour flight and just enough leg room in between each seats.

Myself and my wife returned from Tenerife to Gatwick airport at 8 pm on Mon 15/7/24 on what we thought would be a BA Airbus
Flt no BA 2703, but instead the aircraft had been changed to a very new Titan Airways A321 leased by BA.
I must congratulate BA on using Titan Airways because the crew including Pilot, who shook my hand on boarding and answered a few question relating to the aircraft, were absolutely fantastic, the aircraft was spotless with a very fancy exterior paint job and beautiful cross stitched leather seats with light grey cabin and blue ambient lighting, and because there are fewer rows of seats compared to other airlines there is loads of legroom, the whole experience was
amazing and I look forward to flying with Titan again.
Well done Titan airways you have brought the comfort and luxury back into air travel.

Flew Gatwick to Dubrovnik on a spotless, new Titan plane with friendly, responsive crew… namely Adam and Hazel. This is what the national carrier should be delivering on all flights. It was the BA of old but done even better. Here’s hoping we have Titan on our return.. they were brilliant.

The most jobs worth unhelpful cabin staff. More interested in there looks than customer care. Unfortunately I was forced upon this airline, TUI replacement flight. One cabin staff was rude to my wife and me, when I was rude back to him he threatened to get me arrested. What a losing jobs worth. No more package holidays for us, we're keeping to schedule airlines who care. Disgusting behaviour Titan Airlines. Being in the customer industry myself I will teach your staff this. You rely on customers, they don't rely on you

What an amazing experience. The crew were professional and the plane was immaculate. Legroom +++++ and none of the seats reclined! What a fantastic idea!!!!!

Witness flight crew decline passengers alcohol and this really made you stand out as a reputable crew, company with good ethics and high safety standards.

What an absolute pleasure.

Crew were very nice and helpful, the plane was very comfortable. I was able to see the pilots and they were very nice aswell! I got some signatures for my logbook!

We flew BA2641 club europe on 21st June from Malaga to Gatwick operated by Titan Airways and it was a great experience. The crew were attentive nothing was too much trouble the service and food were first class. We were also impressed with the informative and audibly clear updates from the flight deck. I think other carriers could learn lessons from Titan 10/10 . Thank you

We flew back from Lanzarote to Gatwick on June 18th, on BA2705, operated by Titan Airways.
The BA check-in experience was awful, opening less than two hours before departure time, only two out of the three desks open, and queues blocking the airport concourse.
By contrast, the flight was amazing - great legroom and friendly staff (remember that?). Didn't try the food or drink, but I vote Titan as our new National Airline!

I would like to say on my way back from Gambia I nearly passed out with food poison I was sick and very upset and distressed, an amazing flight attendant called Justine Camp looked after me and went above and beyond for me, stayed with me until I felt a bit better to go back to my seat, I still feel emotional with her kindness ❤️

Flew recently from Luton to Belgrade, there was a delay of about 45 minutes as a light bulb had to be replaced, the crew were apologetic and informative.
The A320 is looking dated and the seats are rather thin, it was an unremarkable flight, but I prefer the Wizz air A321 and it's more comfy seats.

I flew on the 24th April from Bacau to London with them, because wizz air couldn't make it so they send them instead.
As a nervous flyer I must say the staff on the plane were the most friendliest and kind I have ever experienced. They were very caring, helpful, gentle and fun. I have never felt that comfortable flying than I had with them that day.

Great Titan flights Gatwick to Banjul and return, outbound Mariana and David's service in star Class was excellent, good food and overall experience was great.

Just a warning everybody! Titan airways flags negative reviews (but doesn’t seem to want to reply?) and does their best to take them down! They are currently attempting to take down a review about the abuse my disabled mother received on a plane, that their air hostess did nothing about.

Just used Titan for ski holiday from Gatwick to Innsbruck; the whole experience was fabulous both ways. Will use again and would strongly recommend.
Service was friendly, very helpful and the plane, an Airbus A321 was a treat.

We had an unavoidable delay arriving in Innsbruck due to fog. We had two aborted landings followed by a 15 min diversionary flight to Munich where we had to sit on the tarmac to await further instructions. During all this time the staff were *excellent* - all the cabin crew and the captain - keeping the spirits up of those of us (the vast majority) who decided not to disembark at Munich. By the time the luggage had been located and removed for the 10 disembarking passengers - a lengthy wait - the weather had sufficiently improved and we were given the go-ahead for a third, and successful, landing at Innsbruck to much cheering and appreciation for the captain. Your staff's attitude is to be commended during what could've been a very fraught and frustrating situation.

I travelled to Gambia on Titan airways in December 2023. I am grateful for the direct flight; formerly having to take connecting flights made the journey tiresome and stressful. However my experience with Titan airways was not a positive one. The food was awful (limited choice of sandwiches that smelt of the burnt plastic wrappers they were served in), uncomfortable seating and on route back the temperature dropped below 4 degrees Celsius in the plane. Blankets were supplied to business class passengers ONLY. I felt cheated of my money and punished for enjoying holiday. Staff explained they could not do anything to improve the conditions on the plane because the thermostat was faulty.

As a passenger on the titan Airways flight from Edinburgh to lourdes tarbes on the 15th July 2023 which had already been cancelled by another airline the previous day I would like to bring to your attention how good your airline and staff were particularly the girls from the cabin crew. Despite a lengthy delay nothing was too much trouble for them we were constantly kept fed and watered which was amazing since a great number of passengers were sick pilgrims and infants. They kept us abreast of the situation always and when I thanked them one of the girls said they were staying on to look after us as its only a working day for them but a long awaited trip for us so thank you again these girls are a credit and an asset to your company
