This review is a Two edged sword.
I have many Titan products. I find them to be of decent quality for home gym use.
We have the Lat Pull Down/Pulley Row with the 300lb stack,Bench Press stands, Bench Press weight Hooks, Belt Squat Machine, Multi Grip Bar and the Seated Hack Squat Sled machine.
I like them all. Good quality for the price. NOT commercial grade.

The Company & Communication
So, dont expect quick answers.
I wanted to leave some good reviews but I cant. I have been trying to. I have sent many emails asking for help with no response.
They're good st sending emails and text reminders
They are also good on quick shipping.

Customer service is a thing of the past. Online stores are in it for the money. They deal with a lot of people and do Not have an adequate staff to respond to emails. Ive even tried calling with no success.

But the products are good.

Titan’s customer service is the best! Customer service representative, Poohyee, was able to provide help for my past purchases. Some of these purchases were over two years old and she was able to retrieve my history and supply the necessary instruction manuals on them today!

I was looking to purchase a specific piece of equipment and saw how it was priced and wanted to wait for a sale. My inbox is filled with DISCOUNTED 25%, 43%, etc. but the price never changes.
Then if you try to check out, you realize they want you to pay for the insurance on what they are shipping to you. Totally scummy practice. You have to search around to find the link to choose not to pay for their insurance. (The very bottom of where your Secure Checkout is - basic link with Checkout Without Coverage.) True scammy BS.

Titan fitness has the best customer service I have experienced. Very responsive and helpful. They treat you like a priority no matter how small the issue.

I used their website for customer service to get the info I needed for a purchase. I contacted a few different companies, and Titan was the only company to get back with me. Alex was super helpful in finding the gear I needed and assisting with the purchase. When I order next time, I will go straight to Titan Fitness for the equipment I need and their customer service.

Alex Salas has been great and very helpful. Alex has answered all my questions and has put together an amazing deal for me on the package that I needed to start my business. Was on the ole web searching for a fitness trainer. Lots of choices out there. Luckily found Coop from budget garage gyms and he did a review of this titan fitness trainer. Got it..had it for a few months..long cable splits not a big deal still operating the black insulator split and was showing the cable bulge out..emailed Titan..Christen replied back with a quick response that the issue would be resolved and would look into this matter..a few hrs later Christen replied back saying the long cable was out of stock..and that they would be shipping me a whole other tower..and to keep the older one. That the new cable would be in the box and to save the new parts for replacement...pretty freaking awesome on their part!! With all the competition out there nowadays its best to go with a company that values the customer and stands beside their warranty! Christen did an awesome job taking care of the issue her response was what the customer side of things need to be like and handled! Thanks for the help Christen. Update..I sent the email on 5-5-26 received the new tower 5-9-26..so that in itself says alot about a company! Buy from Titan!!

Good products, but customer support is terrible. Received Leg Extension / Curl machine with the wrong Hardware Pack to assemble the machine. Titan does not hold stock of the Hardware Packs to remedy the problem. Needs to be requested from where they have the products made. In addition, one of the powder coated parts had rust leaking through. 3 weeks later and still do not have Hardware pack to assemble the machine.

I ordered a rack with route protection, paying an additional $14.58. Unfortunately, the item was packaged so poorly that it came apart during shipping, and I’m now missing a rubber foot, making it unusable.

Trying to get this small replacement part has been an endless and frustrating process, with no meaningful response. I can’t understand why such a simple issue hasn’t been resolved.

I had planned to order additional large items after clearing out a room in my home, but this experience has changed that. They’ve lost my business.

Worst kettlebell I have seen. I purchased it online and had an obvious default in the handle. They refused to communicate, refused to act, refused to refund or replace. Avoid this company, there are multiple other options.

I ordered the TITAN Series Adjustable FID Bench. Came in good time, had a small bend on one the corners that bolt to the feet of the bench but it went together alright. Assemble was simple, and put together it feels solid. My only complaint is that every time I lift one end to move the bench, when I set it down, a small pile of rust falls out of the bottom of the main frame vent holes. Just FYI, to anyone who buys one.

Every time I’ve ordered something from Titan, the process, product, and experience is exemplary. My recent purchase was the weight stackable leg extension/curl machine, which I reviewed extensively prior to purchasing due to price. The website, shipping, arrival was very fast. The assembly took a few hours. The machine is top tier quality, turning my leg day workouts into an enjoyable, productive workout session that completely destroys the fibers in my quads and hamstrings. I’m 5’11”, 185lbs, works out 7 days a week and my only worry was (other than price) running out of weights on this machine which I haven’t done yet. I’ve got a weight pin ready to go when I get there, however so far I’ve not needed it. I’m completely satisfied with this machine and the ability to “superset” my legs with minimal effort. The feel, stretch, and camber is that or better of machines used in commercial gyms. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend.
