The equipment is top tier and is durable and exceptionably built.

I have a full 400+ square foot home gym, mostly Titan equipment.

Pros: Titan's free shipping, accessible pricing, convenient financing, and extensive range of rugged equipment. Other brands will often seem cheaper until you factor in their excessive shipping charges. Packaging has improved over time. Color options are nice.

Cons/Considerations: Titan has some significant design issues. For example, Titan's Smith machine is really limited in uses because it's lowest safety stops are too high off the floor, and the overhead crosspieces are too low for tall users. A lot of the seemingly useful squat rack attachments fit too loosely, aren't stable, and tend to sit at an angle such that loads are not evenly distributed left vs right. The adductor/abductor machine has both issues: not designed for a range of user heights, and does not distribute load evenly. The Sphere-grip pull-up bar is just too heavy for mounting on the squat rack as designed... it needs an angled support from below of some kind. The wall mount for Titan benches doesn't work with their adjustable bench design. The leg press attachment does not stay securely fastened: it can shift laterally. I could go on! These are all primarily design issues, but feel like poor quality when you are impacted by them. Instruction manuals and parts labeling can also leave a lot to be desired at set-up.

Some items are just overpriced: weight plates are overpriced, even with free shipping factored in. There are much better deals to be had (I can buy new CAP barbell olympic plates at 1/2 Titan's price, also with free shipping!). Weighs the same, with better grip design than Titan. Similarly with cable attachments: Titan's price is double for the same quality as elsewhere. That little stuff adds up quickly. Titan is a great resource, but don't make any assumptions: shop around, do your research and make informed decisions when you buy.

Did not honor warranty on part that broke. Unfortunately they won’t replace it and want me to purchase 3rd party. Be careful of this when considering purchasing from them.

The product I received was defective and I submitted a warranty claim. Without even telling me they would take care of it, within 1 day of receiving the claim, Ralph in Customer Support shipped me out a replacement product at no cost to me and without any questions or reservations. Clearly, Titan Fitness stands behind their products and their customer service is exceptional. It makes be confident in buying products from them in the future.

I placed an order, and requested that they hold the package for a few days, because I was out of town. They refused to hold it, and sent it out anyways, and the package came when I was still out of town. They have no care about the needs of their customers.

I recently purchased the Performance Series Adjustable Bench from Titan Fitness and was extremely disappointed with the product. Although the bench shows a 4.3-star rating on their website and was discounted, the actual build quality does not reflect that rating.

After fully assembling the bench, I discovered a significant design flaw: the bench remains noticeably unstable regardless of how tightly the included screws and bolts are secured. I even purchased additional washers in an attempt to improve stability, but the issue persisted.

Given my experience, I find the displayed 4.3-star rating to be misleading, especially since I was unable to submit a review on their website. Based on the instability and overall quality, I cannot recommend this product or Titan Fitness. In this case, it is worth investing a bit more for equipment from a company with higher manufacturing standards.

I had an issue with a product that arrived. I noticed after a few days that there was some damage that I had definitely not caused. Ralph from customer service promptly shipped out a replacement for me the same day I reached out about the issue. All I needed to do was send a photo and explain the situation in the online chat tool.

Bought them for my sons who lift everyday and love deadlift. They told me those didn't feel safe unless maybe used on a dedicated deadlift platform, which we don't have because of the limited space.
Return process sounds annoying and you still need to pay shipping and restock fee, probably I'll give them to a friend or find a way to repurpose them.

Went above and beyond. Placed an order without using my promo code, I also ordered the wrong sized Oly Platform, 8x6. The customer service rep gave me a full refund and I was able to order the correct platform, 8x8. Thank you.

Exceptional USA company that stands behind their product. TF has exceptional customer service, I had an issue with a piece of equipment recently purchased, and their US based customer service, resolved my issue in an expedient manner. Shoutout to Jbille for the assistance.

Titan does a great job balancing quality of the product at an affordable price. I'm in a price sensitive bracket but don't want to buy a cheap product product where quality is sacrificed. I've purchased three Titan products and all of them have felt had great value for the price I paid.

I bought the hefty replacemwnt pad for my Titan flat bench I've had for 2 years. It was on sale and said it fit all Titan benches. When i went to replace the pad, 2 of the bolts fit perfectly, but the third was off by millmeters. They said since my bench was old it would be a regular return and I would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It would have been nice to know the bench changed just enough to make mine not fit. That was not made clear, and the changes are so small with no upgrade that it seems like a gimmicky move to try to force people to buy new products. Titan's free shipping is great, but you eventually pay for it with their return policy. It would be one thing if the return was because of a mistake I made, but after this I'm done with this company. Their products are fine, free shipping is amazing, but if you buy a lot from them like I did, you will eventually get burned, so be careful.

I'll start by saying that before working with Christen, I would have given this a 1-2 star review. I purchased a product that arrived damaged, and it wasn't due to shipping. I was able to fix it with a lot of effort. That means instead of the assembly taking 1 hour, it took about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

I reached out to Titan, shared my frustration, and offered some suggestions to improve the user experience. Christen responded and was great to work with. Before working with Christen, I swore I would never buy another piece of Titan equipment, but she managed to win me back as a lifetime customer.

Thanks to the customer service, my review improved from 1 star to 5 stars. More importantly, I'll continue to buy from Titan in the future.

titan fitness is the best company I like the equipment and everything dumbbell plates and everything in a special customer support 100% nice

I ordered several pieces of equipment from Titan and have had nothing but problems. The 120 lb dumbbells showed up damaged and unboxed, and of the 105 lb dumbbells, only 1 came and it was damaged. Fortunately I paid extra for the shipping insurance and was able to get refunded through that company. The 85lb rubber dumbbells I bought don't fit into the saddle rack that I purchased from them but since I opened them I have to just throw them on the ground instead of using the rack I paid $800 to use them for. However, this was nothing compared to trying to get the rest of my order. There was a hack squat/leg press combo, 45 lb dumbbells, and 70lb dumbbells coming all together from a freight company. I contacted the freight company and they told me to leave a note on the door and they would drop everything off on 8/6. I left the note and nothing came. I called them twice that day, got the call center, and nobody called me back to tell me anything. The next day I finally reach them and they tell me that because my driveway has a small hill that I need to be there to help unload the truck. Then they tell me that it has to be on Wednesdays because that's when they come out there and they can't give me a general time of the day. I can't take off Wednesday mornings from work but they were unwilling to work with me. As a result, I've tried to contact Titan for days now to have the shipment sent back to them and refunded and they continue to say it's still pending approval. Then today they tell me they can initiate the return but I would owe a 20% restocking fee. This is unacceptable. This needs to be returned back without me being charged a fee. They make solid equipment but their customer service and shipping is awful.
