Great service was very disappointed…
Great service was very disappointed with the so call mystery box as there was no box just random stuff put in with my order shouldn’t really be listed as a mystery box if it’s not what it is! Was a gift for my sons birthday and just looked rubbish and random to a 10 year old as just put in my envelope with other cards I had ordered

Reliable & friendly, you can expect very good customer service. Cards are also nicely packed & shipped promptly. I will not shop elsewhere as Titan Cards is clearly the better option.

Classic customer service!
My son and I regularly order from Titan Cards and have it shipped to Australia. Once they were out of stock after purchase so they offered us a refund for the card, AND threw in a pack of a few extras too which my son loved the surprise. Recently we waited several months for a delivery, and once I contacted Titan cards - Luke responded promptly, apologising that the parcel was not trackable and offering a full refund without question. We put through the order again (plus a few extra of course) and it came quickly this time with tracking.
It’s easier to buy cards in Australia, but we love the range and service of Titan and will continue to shop with them!
