I ordered a ring but I guessed the wrong size so a new one was sent out in the correct size and I sent the wrong one back. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, very fast delivery too. I will definitely use Titan again, many thanks

My partner has a larger ring size that we couldn’t find anywhere else. It was such a pleasure to shop from a range of rings in his size rather than feel that we just had to take what we could find! We ended up ordering two rings and the service has been brilliant on both occasions - including a return/exchange due to us selecting the wrong size. Overall, we’d highly recommend.

I ordered the wrong size of ring. Completely my fault. The company replaced it within a week without any quibbles.

My Husband and I wanted matching wedding bands with a clean look and were shopping for thicker black rings. Initially we struggled to find wider bands in my size (k) until we stumbled upon Titan Jewellery! They have lots of styles AND SMALLER SIZES!

The Zirconia Ceramic sounded exactly like what we wanted - black throughout no fading, strong material.

The rings we chose were 6mm Faceted Black Zirconia Ceramic, they were well made, packed appropriately and delivered quickly.

They totally suit us, 6mm is the perfect width for both of us. The facets are gorgeous, they make the ring exceptionally striking. The rings are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Exactly what we were looking for.

Originally purchased 28/09/2023 there is not a scratch on mine nearly 2 years later. I never take it off, it looks just as good as ever.
Unfortunately, my husband’s band cracked. He doesn’t recall any sort of impact but when we reached out to Titan Jewellery Helen assured us that anything like that was very rare with Zirconia Ceramic. She let me know we were still within a 2 year guarantee and quickly exchanged the cracked band with a new one. The replacement came on 8/09/2025. Packaged just as well as the first, it is flawless, perfectly the same correct size, happy days.

Purchased a tantalum ring from these guys, super fast delivery. Unfortunately the ring I ordered was just a little too big. Exchanged without fuss and correct size was back with me within a few days.

I bought my wedding ring from here. £43 was the cheapest price I could find anywhere. It's good quality really reasonably priced titanium jewellery. They dispatched quickly, and delivery was fast. I highly recommend.

I bought a 'Tungsten Carbide' ring from here a few years ago as a wedding ring. It's now completely scratched to hell and barely recognisable, which indicates that it isn't what it was sold as.

I contacted Titan jewellery to ask for a replacement to be sent or a refund, but (despite me sending photos showing the photos) said I would need to send the ring back to them. Given the last thing I want to do is lose the ring I married with (scratched as it is) I opted not to do this and was given no alternative.

Brilliant service and rings. Easy contact. Ordered few rings for samples and sizing. No problems at all with returning and choosing one for engraving. I was in hope for quick turnaround so I can get my ring before anniversary. They've been so helpfull and done everything to dispatch it as quickly as possible. My new ring arrived promptly. Brilliant shop.

Bought a wedding ring, turned out to be 1 size too big. Obviously I was way past the 30 day refund limit, but Helen still honoured the refund and took the ring back straight away. Excellent service, can't fault them.

Bought a replacement wedding ring for my husband, as he has a large finger size, there are basically no other companies offering rings in his size.
I cannot fault this company at all, the first ring arrived, but was much too big, which was our fault for measuring wrong. They sent a ring measurer with the order, for free, which allowed us to swap it for the correct ring size.
They swapped the ring with 0 fuss, very quick turn around.
It's beautiful, really nice quality, feels nicely weighted in the hand which my husband loves.
Exactly what was shown on the website. Delivery is quick. We are very happy customers and will most likely return for more jewellery should we ever need it. 10/10.

I ordered a titanium ring for my partner to wear as an everyday engagement ring. As he works a manual labour job I didn't want him to wear an expensive ring day to day as it could be easily lost/damaged etc.

I paid a little extra to have the ring arrive in under 3 days and it was shipped fast and arrived quickly. I'm really happy, it's so shiny. Partner is pleased, fits well. A little big but I think that's because he is probably a half size and not anyone's fault.

Would defintely recommend! Nice to support someone local too.

The customer service was excellent, I had to ring them as the ring ordered was too big. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, we were able to return the ring and another the correct size was sent out. The whole process took 8 days from start to finish. Bought from Titan Jewellery as I wanted a black wedding ring, that was high quality and hard wearing. Feels good, looks good, insanely cheap and the customer service I received for returning/refunding an item was second to none.

Very happy with the rings and service received.
We ordered 4 rings to choose, and returned 2. The refund was quick and hassle free which is always a concern when returning.

Wrong ring despatched. Upon return to Titan, received full refund plus return postage.
Cannot fault the company but suggest they introduce a basic quality control procedure
