staff kindness and professionalism
I got there 7minutes before closing to do the paper and get the storage with a van full of boxes and no door locker.
Sonny was great, he spent almost half an hour of his extra time to do the paper and show me the storage. I was told to come here by a friend of mine and now I completely understood why!

Great customer service
Despite arriving to find my unit locked, when the manager of the Leamington Spa Unit arrived he was extremely apologetic and offered me a discount for my next month's storage without me having to ask. Otherwise score would have been 3. I have always had excellent service from the staff at Titan in Leamington and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Matt and Cheryl were super helpful - nothing was too much bother. They helped me load boxes into my car, showed me the units and options available, their emails with instructions were very detailed and useful and also very easy to follow. All my questions were answered and the units themselves were clean, secure and easy to use. I'd use this Braintree service again.
