We have never used storage facilities before, but I contacted Titan for a quote. I was contacted the following day by Cheryl first thing in the morning. Cheryl has been nothing less than professional, helpful, knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. As a result we have taken a unit from Cheryl to use over the next few months. We would not hesitate to recommend Titan storage Braintree. Facilities are spotlessly clean and all the units look brand-new. There is ample parking, lots of trolleys that you can use to take your goods in and out of storage, they also sell on site boxes packaging type, tape machines and everything that you would need. Overall we highly recommend this storage unit.

James was very prompt in replying to my emails and happily accommodated me despite change in dates of arrival of my shipment.

Pete & Chris at the Leamington Branch bent over backwards to support us in our move which had a number of issues. Customer Service is exemplary especially when compared to their competitors and part of the reason we chose them in the first place. Would use again even if it meant going out of our way.

It’s like this. I tell it how it is. We were moving house and as you know things are fluid. We spoke to Titan and explained our situation. They bent over backwards to save us money. After we had used their services we came out with credit on our account. Can’t say fairer than that. Will be using them again.

Full explanation on units available given and one was reserved for me. Shown to unit on arrival and used available trollies to fill it. Smooth payment transaction after and padlock inserted with three keys given to me. Pass code provided by me which was working straight away.

Storage of excellent quality. Cheryl and staff always available with freindly and efficient help. I would definitely recommend their service.

When booking the unit the staff could not do enough to help us. We were very pleased that they made the booking so easy and could accommodate all of our needs

Easy to book and use. Team was very helpful in answering my questions and calling to make sure everything was going smoothly with my move.

The staff were so helpful, especially when the sale of my property dragged on and I had to change the date - and also when we finally got to the day when the removers brought my furniture. They were all so pleasant and reassuring.
The rate was very good too.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan again and I can't recommend them highly enough.

From initial enquiry to booking, the service has been impeccable. Neil & his team couldn’t be more helpful in organising the storage & providing simple, clear communication. Guided around to see options & given clear instructions of use etc. Units are padlock secure, access is simple & always available by secure pin. Would use again & happily recommend.

Excellent service from the team at Braintree - helpful on site and excellent storage site. Clean and tidy throughout, easy to use secure access when needed and great road links. Good intro and easy to complete the booking arrangements. Would be happy to recommend and will use the same services again in future.

Swift, efficient, friendly service

The assistant showing me around was very nice and showed me increasingly larger spaces as I realised what I needed. The process of renting the space was very smooth. There were some crossed wires about access times but in the end the manager sorted it out. Thanks mate.

Titan were amazing!!! They literally saved my bacon at a point where everything could have been a nightmare! They were great at communicating, didnt need much notice and very flexible on dates, space and times. All round, fantastic service and very happy customer!
