I’ve had an excellent holiday organised by Titan Travel. The guide Fredrica went above and beyond to meet the needs of the guests. It was well organised. My Chauffeur driver Ish who brought me home was friendly and drove safely. I would book with Titan next year .

Chandan provided a warm welcome and exceptional professional service when I made our booking. He had a kind and friendly demeanour and advice given was clear and helpful.

Excellent from start to finish.
This was my first experience of a tour group, and it exceeded my expectations.
From the first reach out from our tour guide, pre tour, to the transport home at the end.
Jay, our tour guide, introduced himself and our coach driver, Jan, a few days before the tour, letting us know where to meet at the airport. So any nerves or anxieties about travel/ flight etc were eased.
Jay was very attentive to every ones individual needs, as well as the group as a whole. He was very knowledgeable about the tour, but equally, could suggest good places to eat, drink etc.
Our coach driver, Jan , was equally knowledgeable and friendly. In fact by the end of the tour, the whole group felt they had made new friends , and hope to meet again in the future.
Well done Titan employing such wonderful, warm and friendly staff.

Brilliant hardworking tour guide Alex who could not help his group and others enough. Tour of Canada gave me a good look at a number of top tourist destinations with all movements being organised efficiently. Slight negatives were variations in hotel standards, disappointing that there was no breakfasts included in the holiday package and I felt the service offered by Air Canada did not meet the high standards provided for the rest of the trip.

We have just returned from our first escorted group tour. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

This tour fits so much in over 12 nights fulfilling my dreams of going to Graceland, RCA studio B and Grand Old Opry as well as so much more. Our group of 26 got on so well and we enjoyed nights out together.

Our tour manager Jay was faultless and his wealth of information and good humour added so much to the whole experience together with Jan our coach driver who made us feel completely safe.

Will definitely be looking to book another Titan tour and would be great to have Jay as our tour manager again sometime.

Very disappointed with Titan – our first and last time using them for an escorted tour when other, better (and cheaper) tour operators exist. On the positive, our local guides were utterly superb : Boris in Albania; Vlado in Macedonia. Thank you both, But now the negatives: The Tour Manager was awful. The USP is the taxi to and from home. Regardless of the ‘activity level’ Titanites (as they call themselves) book the holiday they fancy and do so because of one or more of three things: age; mobility; geographical location. Most people on the tour travelled from the far corners of England (eg Cornwall, N Yorkshire, Norfolk), some with mobility issues, and their taxi journeys were so long that they didn’t even go to bed, setting off soon after midnight and travelling through the night to arrive after 9am. They paid the same as we did (a bit less mostly) and we live 20 miles from Heathrow. The first hotel in Albania was lovely as were the staff. The food was appalling and we could not stomach the horrible dinners. Some people ate out. Titan guests were put in a makeshift breakfast room, and the dinners were exclusive to Titan – cheap ingredients, nearly cold, and sparse: by far the worst food we have ever had on any holiday. The hotel in Macedonia had much better food but the rooms were terrible and so many people were very unhappy and angry. A few had rooms, newly refurbished and overlooking Lake Ohrid (south facing) the rest of us had rooms at the north-facing rear, overlooking a mud wall and debris, and in desperate need of refurbishing. There was a low, tiny table with a kettle on it, something like a baby changing table with one shallow drawer beneath and a pole with 3 coat hangers. Nowhere to unpack, nowhere to put clothes, and only one tiny pouffe for a chair. That was the furniture! The room was very small and the ensuite tiny, with a big pull-out bed (for children) hogging most of the spare floor. It looked suitable for backpackers or people with children on a very tight budget. ‘Titanites’ shrug their shoulders saying they’re used to some hotels having poor food and poor accommodation, accepting pot-luck with both because of the taxi and the cost of the holiday being the same no matter how far from the airport. They admit it, and fair enough. But as age, mobility, and geographical distance are not a problem for us, we will choose tour operators who put our money into the holiday not subsidising 16 hour return taxi rides for others. I filled in a comprehensive survey, as requested by Titan, but never heard a word back. Says it all.

Absolutely unbelievable, for those following my audit trial of evets with Titan, my wife and I have been offered £100 each (spending over 5k) only then to spend with ONLY WITH TITAN and that's presuming we want to travel with them again!!

It not worth reporting anything as they had multiple opportunities to change things that even their Tour Manager could not.

It does not reflect the values of keeping their guest safe or offering 4* and 5* service or the stress and upset caused for a holiday we have saved up for.

It's an insult to offer such a punitive amount that does not reflect either disruption or disturbance.

This underminds both their understanding of event, or how to meet and exceed and value customer expectations.

Ana our Tour Guide was excellent but could not resolve either the towel issues of the horendous Faulty Towers experience at our last hotel, apparently it had been going on many times unresolved with neither Titan or Hotel making and attempts to meet or exceed customer expectations.
We felt sorry for her in this impossible situation1

Sadly, the things that go wrong overshadow and are remembered over the things that go right.

Customer service in the president 5star was abismal and appently nothing can be done about it.

Our tour guide has complained over the years.
Her co worker has complained
The conclusion is that neither Titan or the hotel care, just want your money!

Breakfast hot food cold
Soup so salty you could not digest it
The turkey was dry and veg so overcooked and waterlogged.

The gala leaving dinner took over 3 hours with 45 minutes bwtween first and second course, some people just gave up and went to bed.

All thar after a coach driver who spoke with his hands, sometimes holding the wheel with one hand whilst drinking a coke and at other times no hands.

If you paid little you would have expected this not when you pay top dollar for a 5 star.

What happened to duty if care and best practice, trainng and management oversight.

Im not sure i can trust this company again!

I did try and speak to both the general manager and duty manager to get a hotel complaints escalation procedure, but they had gone home which says it all.

Very straight forward as always. This will be the 21st time I’ve travelled with Titan

Travelled with titan for the first time was the only person joining the tour from Scotland but the travelling was arranged well.picked up from home and flight to London to join tour.tour of Croatia was well organised and nice hotels and Croatian tour guide Robert was with us the whole tour and nothing was any bother to him.the final hotel was lovely but a bit short of staff when serving dinner .the staff that were there were all lovely and worked very hard.would use titan again as everything went smoothly.

Have an enjoyable trip. Four nights in. Cairo and seven days river cruise.
The tour was well organised and the guide was very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed our trips to Abu Simbel , the pyramids and the GEM .
We saw the main sights which were amazing, although the trip to Alexandria library was a little bizarre. It seemed a long way to go just to look at a library. Everyone was a little bemused by it.
The boat was a little dated, but the food was good and it was very clean.
The only downside was that the tour manager was very insistent about being tipped and how much we were expected to pay. This made everyone a little uncomfortable on the last day. he also insisted that we paid to the so-called voluntary tipping pool . Again most guests said they would rather tip the staff individually.

Booked a Solo cruise via Passion for cruises solo tours, with Titan a 3 night hotel stay in Luxor then a 7 night cruise on the Nile with Livingston, first our tour guide Sherif I have never met a tour guide so efficient, nothing was too much trouble, as he said our safety was paramount and boy did he go out of his way to help us, a few of us went to the cataract hotel were Agatha Christi wrote her books, he went out stopped the taxis, told us how much to pay, don't go onto horse cart rides, don't go off with strangers, lots of good sensible don't do, to let him know we are back safe, I'm sure he would have hunted us down if we had not reported in, he arranged the tours he actually did everything, we felt really safe with him, he turned into our father 😂it was a older group holiday, then Jon the group historian, he was a walking enciclapedia (prob spelled wrong) all the historical places he knew absolutely everything, clear historical guide, throw any question at him he knew it, he was so kind, titan keep these men they made the nile cruise trip. The Livingston boat was a 63 roomed boat, was what I call a grand old boat, the wooden floor in the bathroom creaked so loud it made me laugh probably not the person below, it's a beautiful boat, all staff attentive, the housekeepers came in morning and night to clean room, turn down bed, food was nice majority of times, the sunbeds old and need replacing or a sunbed mattress on top of the sunbed, this holiday was one of my best holidays ever for a long long time, to the other Solos, the organised trips via tourguide, Egyptologist, hotel, rivercruise thank you x

We traveled with Titan last September on The Nile and had a great holiday.
Today we booked a holiday to India and were impressed with the telephone booking communication with a very helpful member of the team. Our experience is of well organised tours and knowledgeable guides and comfortable hotels that don’t disappoint.

This tour of Japan was only my second organised tour and first since 1990 so I was unsure what to expect. I found it very well organised with a good range of sites and mostly the right mix of timings of touring and free time. Both the tour manager Colin and our local guide Mak were excellent and very friendly. The group at 26 wasn't too large and got on well. I shall definitely use an organised tour again and Titan will be my first choice.

We would have preferred to travel by train to Heathrow from Teesside, but told this wasn’t possible, which added hours onto our journey. We also wanted to remain in Vancouver for a few extra days, at the end of our holiday, but the extra cost was unnecessarily exorbitant. However, the actual holiday was brilliant, seeing all the different locations and having Steve, our excellent guide throughout. As well as informing us about the numerous areas we stayed in, and along the way, he highlighted places to enjoy meals too. He ensured we were all ok, reassured of times to meet up, easily contactable and provided a seamless transition to each of our 7 hotels and 3 flights. His quips along the way ensured we felt relaxed and able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest.

The whole trip was well organised from the moment we were collected from home by the Titan driver to our arrival back home. Canada was a wonderful country and we were given a tremendous experience. Our Tour Manager Alex was efficient and well organised constantly going above and beyond to ensure we all had a memorable time. Alex was a very good tour guide as were the coach drivers and they both worked together to enhance our experience . To be able to tell people about what ws had seen was due to Titan and Alex . Well done everybody involved in this trip
