I ordered a bike nearly 2 weeks ago. My sons Birthday is in 2 days so unless it's here tomorrow he wont be getting his main present. If your volume is that high don't put 5 to 7 working days on the website.

Oredered shoes on the 30. And got a mail that they were sent on the 3rd and couldn’t check the status of the package nor know when it will arrive. I sent a mail asking for tracking number or any info on when it will arrive and didn’t get a response.

I ordered 11 days ago (25th Dec). I recieved a confirmation email saying the order would arrive in 2-3 working days. I didnt recieve any email about the order being shipped as well. I contacted the company via email since I would like to know wheres my orded but they didnt answer. Very poor customer service and dishonesty about the delivery time. Im very upset with this shop. I ordered a deck with my mom like 5 days ago, the shipment page says it takes 3-4 days to get here and theres no gmails or anything telling about where the order is at, it doesnt show the place where its currently at, I wish it got updated and explained why its late.

I returned part of my order to Titus on december 2nd with a tracking label they provided to me via email. The tracking states the return parcel was delivered to Titus on december 9th. To this date, I have not heard from Titus about my return nor has a refund been initiated. They are not replying to my emails. Where is my refund? I want my money back!

Changed my review from one to four stars as everything was resolved eventually and I have been refunded for the returned items. There seems to be a delay in processing returns and responding to emails, which is inconvenient for the customer.

Placed an order at the beginning of December for a Christmas gift that still hasn’t arrived. Had a shipment email on the 6th December but still nothing, no tracking information or anything. 2nd update as promised. I have received my order and very happy with the quality of everything and I have added an extra star for that. Cuatomer service could have been much better and shouldn't take a poor review to finally trigger a response. As mentioned on their website there is an import duty to pay, this is by no means a reflection of the company itself as this is down to the stupidity of voting for brexit but just to warn others- I had to pay £71 import duty to receive my £130 clothes order!
As requested I am updating my review after finally receiving a response from TITUS with tracking info that shows my parcel ahoild be delivered tomorrow. I will further update tomorrow.
Ive edited my review since a few more days have passed amd still nothing from this company. This is very upsetting as there is no time or money to sort out a replacement christmas present now and very poor service to just ignore customers. I am wondering if this is a legitimate company or whether I have been scammed?
Unfortunately my only option left is to leave this review after sending emails and fb message but zero response. I have ordered £130 worth of Christmas presents but cannot get tracking details from Titus. We now have 2 delivery days left! While I appreciate you have a 'high volume of emails' it seems many of these could be avoided if you attach the tracking info to the invoice as stated.

Order on 10/12/24 had confirmation of order then 12/12/24 had an ordered shipped email but no tracking information was received.
I’ve just to phone & email the company but unfortunately not had any luck with communication to find out when the item will be delivered & who by (guessing by their website there’s a mention of DHL but can’t be sure for definite)
It’s a present for my boy for Christmas & now worried he won’t have it in time or at all.

Ordered two items. After 2 days i received an email saying that one item is out of stock and a refund has been issued. I immediately send an email asking for the refund to not be issued so i could purchase another item without having to reorder and pay for shipping again. They shipped the order and replied after a week saying they cannot they cannot send the item i want after the refund was made. This email has nothing to do with what i asked them. In the meantime the refunded item was left on stock on the website. Terrible customer service

-Received a shipment notification on 05.12.24 but no tracking info. I have no idea what company its being shipped with so can't contact them.
- Sent an enquiry to 'service@' to find out what's going on.
- Got sent a 'please bare with us' email but have heard nothing since.
- update: this issue has now been resolved following receipt of an email from Titus where the shipping info was supplied.
In closing and as an advisory, I would advise Titus to make it clear to customers in the UK that import taxes will be applied in addition to the cost of the goods and shipping. I appreciate that this is not your fault (uk did after all vote to leave the EU) but the tax was a whopping £130 and feel that I should have been advised on the existence of this additional tax prior to ordering rather than after the fact as I would probably have thought twice about it. Regardless, thank you for looking into and addressing my concerns.

I placed an order on the 1st December. Since placing the order I have not had any communications from Titus. The order is a Christmas gift and I want to make sure that it arrives on time. This has been very stressful. I have reached out on all social media, and contact information and there has been no response. They have not provided any tracking and I am starting to think I have been scammed.
Updat-This has now been sorted. They have emailed me the order details and the Tracking number has been provided and the shipment will arrive tomorrow.

I made a purchase on your website, a few days have passed and I have not received a confirmation or tracking email. Vice simply does not respond to WhatsApp or Instagram. This is really horrible.
My email box is free to receive emails. I haven't received anything so far. You could be more clear with your messages. I want to cancel this purchase and get my money back. I completely regret this.

The order came rather quick. To my surprise an item is missing! I've been trying to contact them for a week. This has never happened before, and i've been making online orders for the past 15 years!!!! Worst experience ever for sure. I will never order from this site again. I live in Barcelona, will warn other skaters so they don't get to go through this

I came to the reviews because I’d placed an order with a minor mistake in the address. I reached out to customer service to correct it, and after a couple of days, they responded, resolving everything smoothly in the end with both Titus and DHL. I also reached out after receiving my order to ask a kind of atypical question, and they still replied in detail. Yes, it may take a couple of days to get a response, but overall, the process was smooth.
Normally, I would give 4 stars instead of 5 because they mention 3–4 working days for delivery, while mine took 10 days. But I’m the type of person who either gives 5 stars, 0 stars, or no review at all. I’ll be buying again.

Update about Order: 178286!
After several delays and long waiting times response wise (e-mail communication). I finally received half of my order due to no stock on one particular item. Unfortunately the item received is a wrong size. So I emailed again for a refund several times however no response from their side. Horrible experience and definitely not a professional company. I will never be ordering again here!!
