Excellent customer service

The customer service is excellent.

One of the best

Really good skateshop, have never had any complaints about their products and have never heard of anyone complaining about the quality of titus branded equipment/boards affordable options for beginners and also top tier items really make this a well rounded shop also has a very good service about any questions you might have.

(Maybe fix the website server because I cant buy as much as I want since it takes a long time to add each item into cart as well as loading the product page)

Sorted my issue in an excellent manner.

I made purchased something in their generous discount they recently had for £115 down from £145. Unfortunately they stated the value of the order was £145 on the customs form and I had to pay £50 custom charges when the limit is £135.

A sign of a good company is how they handle their complaints. I contacted there customer support and they offered to help with my charges. I was more than happy with the out come.

Would happily recommend Titus and will certainly carry on shopping with them.

Support don't response and company kept money.

After i contacted the support the second time about my order/money, i didn't got any responses. I assume that they play not knowing were it went. But to keep my money is something different.
I do not order again from this website again.

product as expected, fast shipping and good discounts, only downside was the packaging, i bought 2 indys trucks, one of them was wrapped in paper which is alright, the other one was not and made an hole through the package, the axle was sticking out, seems like theres no damage fortunately though. overral good experience, improve packaging, polish the website and its a 5/5!

The order that never came...

I ordered some presents for my sons birthday, the money was reserved on my account and I got a confirmation mail with an order number. So I assumed the order was placed correctly.
Days went by and my sons birthday was coming up. Since the package hadn't come, I got in contact with customer service, they could not find an order with that order number. Money was still reserved on my account and the only thing customer service did was to make excuses and told me to place a new order. My son got his presents late this year, and they were not bought at Titus...

The money was released eventually, so I did not loose any money.

As we mentioned in our e-mail, the confirmation e-mail that you received was an error of our e-mail system. The order you are talking about did not go through and therefore was not registered in our Orders-system. It happens sometimes, when the website is overloaded, the e-mail system sends a confirmation to the customer even though the order did not go through and is not registered in the Orders-system. Consequently, and as I mentioned to you, the money may be reserved by the bank for security reasons, but it is not taken off the customer-account and it will eventually be released by your bank.
We thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the error in our system and for the misunderstanding between us. We apologize for the delay that occurred because of this situation, and we hope your son enjoyed nevertheless his gift.

Never got what I paid for and customer services plays deaf

International delivery ended up in their courier dropping my parcel at a random address down the street, according to the courrier, but not according to the random stranger neighbour who either stole it or never received it.

Contact Titus and guess what, radio silence. Apparently they don't care if you're actually not getting your order, so long as your payment clears...

Fantastic customer service

I ordered a board from them to the UK but the customs charge turned out to be way higher than I was originally quoted (by a 3rd party service). I contacted Titus to ask if it was okay for the package to be returned and they said it was fine and they will issue a refund as soon as it arrives.

Fantastic customer service and very friendly and forgiving.

Ordered online take payment but no order in their system / Customer service useless

Ordered online, no mail order confirmation, payment in process.

Contacted support answer : We don´t take any money until we ship the order. What we make is a reservation on the credit card. As the order hasn´t gone through, the money will be liberated back to your credit card. Depending on which bank institute you have, this operation can take some time. I am sorry. It will eventually be liberated, but as I said, it depends on the bank instute. We have no influence over it.

When my order didn't go through, my money has to be returned and not eventually.
No promotion, just some fake excuses : I can see on the system that you have had issues with your credit card some other days. Unfortunately there is no problem at our end. Therefore, we can´t offer you any furhter discount. We are very sorry.

If there is no problem at your end, why i didn't get my order confirmation ? Because there is a problem at your end ... otherwise my order would have been confirmed and i wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review for this ***** service Titus-shop has.
I order, make payment, they didn't receive the order and they are not responsible ; Because they see i had problem issue, some other days with my credit card... that's not even legit .... Is the payment the problem ? No
Your system didn' register the order .. am i the one maintaining your system ?
No, I select, make an order and pay, the rest is your service to fullfil.

Awful customer support

Ordrered a hoodie and received the wrong size. Included in the parcel was a letter saying free returns from Norway. After chatting to customer support I was told that there is no free returns from Norway after all, although the letter said so. No apologies or suggestions to help out. I asked for a return form twice and havent heard from them in 7 days.

So here I am stuck with the product that doesnt fit. What a mess.

Great shop

Maybe packaging could better because it broke and custom officers had to repack it, delivery was delayed by 3 days
