At first, I made an order and confirm it. Everything seemed fine I even had the email confirmation of the order being accepted, then I logged into my Titus account and the order was canceled. Then I proceed to make another order right after talking to the service client (which is not great but it does the job), same thin happens, my order got cancelled, but this time it gotten accepted a few days later. Now I found myself with an order that I don’t really expected (financially).

The shopping itself is just fine, but we had a lot of difficulties with the payment. The 'Ideal'-link didn't work, so finally we used an other way to pay the purchased items.

Ordered a winter jacket, delivered on time with papers for returning the item in case I wouldn't like it. Also included free stickers. Jacket came in a nice box, undamaged or torn. Very satisfied, definitely going to order again here if I find something I like.

Great website, easy to use and buy from, excellent shipping trackment. Some prices a bit too expensive and clothing with no models but overall a great skate website in Europe!

The site is very clear. It's easy to find what you want. They also have good suggestions. An other great thing is the description of most products. They tell you a bit more about the product without having to read the list of technical specifications.

Titus has a great selection of skate gear, and great deals.
I am also a big fan of the fact that I can choose my favorite brands on the website, and receive updates whenever new products arrive.

An added bonus is that the titus service team is quick to answer any questions should one have trouble with an order. (I ordered shoes in the wrong size, and they got back to me in about thirty minutes explaining how to return them for the right size etc...)

The payment is very bad you put the credit card digits , the 3 digits of control it seems all OK and the day after they are asking you again to sent the money with a bank transfer! I hope no to find a double debit in my credit card! I've phone up at the e center 800../in Germany ...the didn't speak any English ! How is that possible?? Anyway still waiting to the the shoes! They have a large selection. The prices are fair and they have also a lot of discounts. I like that you get "cashpoints" when you order something and then you get a coupon at a certain number of this points.
All in all I like to order there and it's my favorite online shop to order clothes and stuff.

Titus is the best skateboarding shop in Europe. I bought a lot of articles from it and ships in only 48h to Italy. I love it.

Competitive prices, excellent product range, suitable payment options, speedy delivery, well packaged items. I will recommend the online store to others and will likely repeat the purchase for items again soon. I was able to purchase items to re-build my old bamboo cruiser from 2001.

Sufficient website, easy to find what you're looking for without the feeling Titus wants you to buy more stuff etc. Fast as hell shipping to Sweden (under a week) and to a resonable price and great shipping prices aswell. Remember Titus since I was a kid skating so it feels good to shop with you guys as an old fart (born in 78). Cheers and skate tough or go home!
