VERY FREINDLY SERVICE AD VERY GOOD AFTER SERVICE

I Ordered a couple of items, no problem at all with the process.
Items arrived well packaged and in a timely manner.

I Will use Tizaro again I'm sure.

Good arrived on time and after care service very good

Ordered a set of impact sockets; still not arrived over a week later. Updates and tracking for delivery virtually non-existent. Not at all clear where item would be shipped from..vague comments like " in transit to our distribution centre", but from where, the other side of the Planet perhaps? This should be made clear for each product listed on their website. Ready to ship means nothing if that is effectively a 3 week lead time. Poor :-((

Good product and service and delivered on time

we had a bit of a faff getting the payment sorted as we needed to do it via Bank transfer and things kept getting crossed wires. Got there in the end though.

Found online and was a quick easy services. From ordering to delievery.

Was able to easily speak to someone who checked stock and advised carriage in a very clear efficient and pleasant manner. These are simple qualities but often missing in on-line sales companies. Well done Tizaro

Couldn't get these particular items anywhere else so very pleased. The items were as described and delivered within an acceptable time frame.

Had one hiccup with the delivery on 1 order but apart from that no problems.

Item itself slightly disappointing, not as robust in real life as it looks on the internet, however it serves its purpose. Ordering process and delivery faultless, staff courteous and willing.

We were kept in the loop regarding delivery with their tracker, but the only criticism I have is that they continued to send me tracking information after it was delivered, which was slightly confusing.

Found exactly what i wanted, reasonably priced, ordered it and received it in full working order a few days later.

I ordered cup hooks from Tizaro and they arrived on time and were exactly as described on their website.

The customer service is excellent. Although the parcel did take a little time to arrive I was kept informed the whole way through and called to make sure I had received my parcel in good condition

My order was processed and delivered very efficiently.
I received exactly what I had ordered, but my only concern was the price I had paid for conduit connection elbows. These were about £4 each but in Walmart USA they are $3 for a pack of 5. Pleased I didn't order and more.

The galvanised steel soil core sampler was almost perfect.
Supplied within delivery schedule and well packed.
The turning handle was a little small, but for groundsmen and regular gardeners with some power and grip - not a problem.
For the price, good value for money.
