TK Maxx AT Reviews 

One of the most handsome boy around amsterdam with green eyes and light skinned . I really loved his way of style and he smells really nice. Next time I will be there . Unfortunately i dont know his name but he work at tk maxx osdorpplein.

Called to the Knaresborough store on the 25 June and needed help reserving an item for collection the following day. Was served by a young man called Will who was not only extremely helpful but polite and friendly and we would like to say what a pleasure it was to shop in such a well managed and well staffed store.

TK Maxx Greenwich is the best
Purchased goods over two days at the Greenwich branch on the weekend of 30th and 31st May and am writing to say I am eternally grateful to Julie and Ferhan for their kindness in helping load all my goods into my car and solving puzzles with me.
I was not expecting the same kindness on the next day but lo and behold Olena and Kevin also went out of their way to help us. Thanks once again, great service.

I would like to thank the Manager and staff at Kirkcaldy branch in Scotland for all their help and support. In assisting me , and arranging delivery of 2 pieces of furniture I bought, this was delivered to me by the Manager out of kindness from his heart, and I very much appreciated it all.

I did not receive my order. I have now contacted you guys twice via email, no reply, would someone like to get back to me? Order Num: 23267260

Ordered 4 large planters from the website. For some reason the delivery was split up into 2. I received one parcel but not the second which was redirected back to the warehouse. I contacted Customer services and was told a note would be added to the returned items and posted back out to me......didnt happen. So now I have 2 out of the 4 planters I ordered. Waste of time, plus trying to get through to CS is a nightmare.

Thieves at TK Maxx Warehouse? Generally I've had a good experience with the goods I've purchased via TK Maxx's website. HOWEVER, when l order something with a high-end value - particularly perfumes and aftershaves - they tend to go missing and never reach the courier. So either, they were out of stock in the first place ... or perhaps as my opening statement says .....

Tkmaxx I have lost trust to you!!!
Customer service advisor team just repeats like machine the same thing all over again.
I have ordered correct size of the items and received instead of xs an xL !!! And of course there is no replacement no free return - you have to wait for a refund and they will refund your cost of delivery but no one gives a care about extra time that you need to spend as result of their own mistake!! Thanks but enough is enough I’m shopping elsewhere

Appalling, ordered an item for mother's Day 10 days in advance and was given a delivery time of 5 working days. Mother's Day came and nothing. I contacted them and I am still awaiting a response on 22nd March. Got a tracking email on 10th February and item did not get to the courier for another 4 days. Item finally arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Will not be using them again

Thank you for making my shopping special in these difficult times ,I made a appointment to shop after a long time and it was verry well organized for the customers and plenty of time to shop.thank you.

On 3rd March I ordered two planters, they were delivered the next day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. When unpacked both were damaged in the same way. After a forty five minute wait I finally got through to customer service, I was asked to send photos of the damage, which I did that afternoon.
That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my account to be refunded.Further emails just receive the same automated response.
It is a shame that a big company that get it so right in store, gets it so wrong on line.

Waited over month and got refund. Items not available anymore! What a time wasters!
I order se on time they send me wrong items and apologising now as my items are not available anymore!! Shame!
As I check online and they are available and in the size I need!!!!

I love TKmaxx, but .... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE present the correct numbering of clothes, check the labels and write the correct numbering, you specify the size M and get size XL, even on the label it is marked,so probably no one checks it, if you do not know the numbering of other countries, write the numbering on the label, do not guess or take a photo. Another disappointment and another order for which I paid only for shipping because the goods are wrongly defined so I just support courier company.

You would think being in this climate of the shops being shut and not being able to try things on that TKMaxx would have free returns? That would be a big NOOOOO. So you have to pay £3.99 delivery and then have to pay a further amount to send it back leaving you out of pocket and you haven't even got anything to show for it. Come on TK Maxx at least while your shops are closed you could do free returns like a lot of other shops are doing. You are spoiling your reputation and I won't be shopping with you again. Things are hard enough without practically giving away money!

I recently ordered an item which was incorrectly advertised however their customer service was fantastic. They apologised and refunded my delivery fee right away, I've since sent the item back and they have also offered to refund my returns payment. Although the item wasn't what I had expected I would definitely order again. I've also shopped in store always found items I love at great prices.

If I could give a zero star review I would!!! I always like buying from TK max and normally the exchanges are fine. This time due to lockdown, I could not find my receipt to return the two items. I hadn't worn. The labels were on the items and you could see they weren't worn but they refused to give even vouchers for these items. I am so disappointed with them. I left the items with them ans told them to do what they wanted to with the items. I think they need to think about this. Due to lockdown there will be people who misplace their receipts and need to return items which they couldn't. Very disappointed!!!!

Another update, my order finally came but I received this information firm delivery company and not TKMAXX as they had no clue where was my order or if there was any order. I contacted costumer service and I could not believe how the treat their customers! As long as you got you parcel after all this issues that’s all it’s matter and 3 call to them, no information from them and stress caused and no one unable to help that’s not their problem so don’t bother to call as you definitely will not hear words like sorry!
My update, after my money came back to my account on a 6 day then, 2days later TKMAXX took my money again! So no purchase order and no money, great! I’m now panicking and don’t know what to do!
Please do not use their website!!!!
If I could I would give 0 I place order with them to find out 4 days later them my money was pending on my card to be taken by tkmaxx but they had no information about my order. So as it was discounted product I needed to cancel my bank payment. I was told to register next time and not checkout as a guest but did not had luck with that either. Very disappointed customer. Knowing that people use internet for shopping their website works a poorly.
