Gone downhill. No rewards available anymore. Dissapointing

Shopping at TK Maxx is a continual pleasure and it has undoubtedly become my favourite store. The standard of quality and breadth of selection are exceptional, most notably the beautifully curated range of high-end hair products and premium toiletries, all offered at outstanding value. Each visit feels considered and rewarding, with an impressive variety that caters to both everyday needs and indulgent purchases. Over the course of the year, I have also acquired high-quality luggage that is both refined in design and excellent in durability, further reflecting the store’s consistently high calibre. Christmas shopping was a particular delight, enhanced by an elegant selection of gourmet food items and an inviting atmosphere. The staff are unfailingly gracious, attentive, and professional, elevating the experience even further. TK Maxx seamlessly combines quality, value, and sophistication, and I recommend it without reservation.

Treasure rewards! What rewards. Do you really think we Earn rewards so we can pick a charity donation or enter a competition. For a month now no actual rewards. Quick google search and I am not the only person. No point in scanning the card at the till terrible loyalty program

I visited the Tk maxx in Oxford street London. The experience was phenomenal everything was stocked tidily. The shop was clean and orderly. What stood out the most was seeing the manager actively working the floor and supporting his team. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional
This is the most organised Tk maxx that I have ever shopped in. I praised the manager for having excellent oversight of the store

My stuff that I ordered online came all nice wrapped, in time, ...all good and nice... (not like other online retailers, where if I order I get half of basket unavailable just minutes after I pay my shopping...after I used an hour to choose the items )..

I buy items thoughout the year, mainly In the Autumn & Chrstmas.I usually leave items, in bag to return to later,when I get to my laptop to check out.For some reason PayPal will not let me check out on my mobile? No other online retailer removes items from my bag,accept TK Maxx?Which means I then need to make another list again! Is there a reason asto why TK Maxx do this?

Absolutely fake RRP prices!!! Fake discounts prices!!! Misleading customers to make purchases!!!
The company has gone down hill in the past 8 years and getting worst and worst!

The shoes collections became overpriced garbage !!!

7 or 8 years ago TKMAXX use to be good and I use to shop but in the past 4 years I only went back once and I remembered why I stop going!

Dee Dee at your Bournemouth store was really helpful in dealing with the price tags which were tying up the sleeve and cuff of the garments we needed to try on in the fitting room.

I love this store in Scarborough and shop there regularly. The staff are lovely. My bug bear is the win 250 pound gift. The ap is not user friendly. It refused my date of purchase till I gave up! Very frustrating!

The one stare is to the store manager in Amsterdam center- called GIGI. An unpleasant ruud not representative ( very fat and ugly dressed woman). Treats all the workers like her slaves. Shouting on customers.

First time I’ve ordered online with Tk max and it will be the last.I ordered a jacket 44r and they have sent a 44 euro size uk size 34.Needed it for a wedding but now I’ve got to mess around getting it returned It took a week to arrive to boot …never again ☹️

I am in Rockhampton, Queensland and the store at Stockland is always tidy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the range of skin care, hair care products, soaps and hand washes to be very well priced and different from anywhere else up here.

My recent experiences at this store (Broadmead, Bristol) have been disappointing. Not only has the quality of products declined, but I also encountered a less-than-satisfactory interaction with the staff and management.

I approached a staff member to confirm the price of an untagged product, but the team leader decided to charge me based on what she assumed was a similar item. When I politely questioned this, she repeatedly cut me off, not allowing me to fully express my concerns. As tensions rose, I asked to speak with the manager, who quickly adjusted the price but seemed more interested in brushing me off than addressing the issue properly.

Despite my calm demeanor, I was left dealing with two staff members who acted as though they were doing me a favor, rather than acknowledging and rectifying their mistake. Their approach was dismissive and unkind, lacking any effort to uphold consumer rights or provide clarity.

It seems like both the staff and management could benefit from training on customer service and consumer rights. Additionally, TK Maxx might want to consider ways to boost employee morale, as unhappy employees are less likely to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Had a 5 star experience in your store, was told by cashier to go online for feedback draw ($200), but the survey number on docket is not available. Tried all possible numbers on cash docket, all incorrect. That was a 1 star experience.

It is always an adventure as I never know what I will find in your stores. Love the experience and the wonderful service I get from your staff, every time I shop at TK MAXX
