Do. Not order from this company! They sent me 2 of what I ordered and refuse to refund me. They are scammers! My order was over $150.00 and was charged 2 times that amount and only offering me $30.00 …..starting at $10.00 refund after 17 email

The sweaters I ordered are so pretty. Very high quality and so soft. I love them and plan on buying more soon.

It was easy to order these from this company but I could not wear either one of them and now I’m faced with having to return them

Love these clothes. Well made and good sizing. I ordered last year and the sizing was off. Although their return policy said otherwise, they graciously agreed to replace the order at NO cost to me!

I ordered two dresses for a wedding from a site called "Made in South Carolina", and when I received them the packaging said Tluly. The quality was VERY POOR. Nothing like the description, and they did not fit. I sent an email to Customer Service to ask how to return them, and after going back and forth explaining the problem, they offered me $24 on a $112 order. I have sent them a message letting them know that is completely unacceptable, and that I consider this a scam under US consumer protection law. I will be taking this to the Attorney Generals office if they do not honor my request for a full refund. This is a major hassle, and I would never recommend them. RUN DONT WALK!!!!!

I ordered two dresses because ibwasnt sure how they would fit It’s for my son‘s wedding. I got the dresses. One size was too small. Wanted to send it back. They said they wouldn’t give me a refund. They wanted to offer me $10 so I’m finally just be with my credit card company. They told me to go ahead and contact my bank to get a refund so I will be contacting my bank. I would not deal with these people

They were horrible to deal with - I tried to return. They offered me $30 for $105 worth of clothes. They said I could keep - they don't fit I want my money back. Nice gig. The material was cheap and prints not as shown online. DO NOT BUY from them - they are CROOKS

I received my item within 10 days.

My mother is a senior citizen who ordered 2 dresses from this website and needed to process a return bc the dresses did not fit her. This website customer service would not process a return and offered $6 for the dresses.

Will not let me return an item it is to small for an xl.They say it would cost to much money to return

Horrible dresses; nothing like the description. On an $81.00 order at first they were only willing to refund me $18!!!( Probably only what the dresses were actually worth) Much back and forth with Customer Support and finally they were going to refund me $64...we shall see

Item arrived in good condition & within a reasonable time. Outfit is fabulous. Sizing a little smaller than true, would recommend purchasing a size up.

I didn’t like the fact that my order wasn’t right and two items were on that order that I didn’t order. You said you were refunding me that and I’m waiting to see that on my bill. That was the only problem I received my sweater and I like it.

The dress I ordered was so different to what I received. It is horrible This is called false advertising

I ordered 4 dresses on the 4the of September. I had not received any update as to what was taking so long. I have constantly been contacting them, in Messenger. I received a response on the 23rd September asking me whether I would accept a refund for 2 of the dresses that were not available. I answered yes. I am still waiting for refund, except I received an email supposedly they are having shipped all 4 items from Korea, yet when I attempt to track the items, it says that there is no tracking available. I emailed, messaged the company last night from Australia, no response. I think I have been SCAMMED! Do not buy from this company!

Not only did they not send me the whole order, when I wanted to return items they offered me $80 on a $399.50 bill and I could keep the clothes. I didn't want the clothes, they didn't fit, the quality was not good, it is cheap. The sets do not match. It is the worst experience I have had purchasing clothing online. They are fraudsters. I have filed a dispute with PayPal.
