Don't buy from tmart just save your money or sh×t buy from wish.

Man tmart.... smh is not a good website to shop at. Haven't bought sh×t from here in a while. I have only shopped one time & that one time was enough to scare me away. I used to look at the website for goofs & then I eventually bought stuff from there & they were lashes, a gel liner & I don't remember what else cause it's been that long. The lashes were busted the house, were plastic & just f××king horrible. The material they were made out of was just hideous & I never used them for that reason. The so called "gel" liner was not even gel, that sh×t was greasy the house. It was as if they mixed vaseline w/ some black pigment put in a liner pot & was sold as "gel" liner. That sh×t sucked so bad i threw that sh×t out. But, then again, just look at the website it screams suspicious & scam all over it. It's basically a sh××ty & just a bad version of wish but w/ less stuff & sad sales, more like a loom if you ask me. At least w/ wish you know your gunna get your stuff maybe a bit late, they got way more stuff & come on, wish is better than tmart over here. Golly that whole website is a scam, it one took one time from a couple yrs ago just p××sed me the f××k off w/ the order I had gotten. Never looked back or thought about even buying from there cause yikes the stuff from there is a nightmare. Just save your money ladies & gents, Idk how their customer service is so I can't speak on that but other than that it's a bad website to shop at, trust me your better off saving your money or buying from wish it's at least a bit better not perfect but a bit more better than tmart.

Very dangerous American thieves

Very dangerous American thieves. My investigation unit has confirmed that most of them were not born in America, and none of those ever pay the Tax that they charge for all purchases.
I strongly recommend that they are not used by ANYONE IN THE UK as they may be included in their theft charges.
As you are probably aware, their website goes through at least 17 protection services to abort anyone who needs to contact them.
I and the Universal Theft units are amazed that the USA Governments ignore this!!
Anyway, nobody seems bothered about this. They're probably too scared of being caught!

PLEASE shop elsewhere! If you have any problems with your purchase, the only way to resolve is to go through Paypal. Even then, they try to talk you out of the claim (they asked me to please close the claim and contact them outside of Paypal and they would issue me 30 Tmart points!!!). I had already contacted them outside of Paypal with NO response. In addition, when they finally did respond, they only asked me to try a different cable! Finally had dispute closed with partial refund thanks to Paypal. Sadly, this company cannot be trusted.

Stay away from these folks

Stay away from these folks. I would had I seen these reviews before I ordered some ear buds in mid-July and have still not received them. They did say that it could take several weeks, but when I checked the tracking I found that it was in the Jacksonville, FL location on Aug 3. Jacksonville is about 60 miles from St. Simons, GA. I could have walked there and back by now. In any case, I have tried to contact them twice by email and have received no response at all. I'm not optimistic that I will ever receive the order, and just really glad it wasn't a lot of money. this is truly "LET THE BUYER BEWARE!"

8/21/19 They contacted me by email and said that my package had been returned and wanted $3 to reship it. The mailing address on the order form is my office which is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m -5:30 p.m. and we daily receive mail and packages from the USPO, UPS, and FedEx. I have requested a refund, but don't have much confidence that I will receive one. AGAIN--STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

8/22/19 Now they say that their policy is the refund only 80% on returned items. I did not return the item--I never got it! As far as I can tell from the tracking, it never got to St. Simons but was returned from Jacksonville. It had the correct address and we get deliveries every day from the USPO, UPS and FedEx. I don't know if these folks are crooks or just totally inept and not willing to correct errors that are not the fault of the buyer. I doubt I will even get the refund of 80%, but thankfully it was not a big purchase. Again, stay away from these folks.

Worst customer service ever!

I paid for a smart watch on 12 June 2019 and I never received it. In details, it was clearly written 'will ship out in 3-5 days'. But nothing happened. So I started to chase them after a week. After two chasing inquiries, they had sent it on the 24 June 2019. Weirdly enough, the shipment was from Laos. I waited waited and waited but I still not received it. So I sent another email asking where my item is since I do not see any updates on tracking page since 2 July. They told me to check with our local post office. I replied them the tracking number is not valid for NZ post. They replied and said contact the nearest post office - we do not visit post office to track an item as it's WELL BUILT IN THEIR OWN WEBSITE. I sent them the screenshot. They sent me a link to check out. It's the same page built in their website. WHAT A USELESS SUPPORT! I can be patient with slowness in shipment, but they at least need to try to help customers. Customers do not want to hear about things they are very well aware of - and I CAN CHECK THE SAME TRACKING PAGE MYSELF!

End Of The Road For T-Mart

I have been shopping at T-Mart for five years. I never buy anything other than their refurbished mattresses and box springs. In five years I have bought three. They last about a year then they wear out to the point you have to replace them. I had accepted that because of them being refurbished and very inexpensive. Well 8-1-2019 I went in because it was time to buy another one but this time I needed a frame also. After talking with sales lady she told me I could buy a new set of mattress and box spring which came with a 5 year warranty. That sounded better than going back every year even tho it was considerable more I went with that deal knowing the frame was separated. Had it delivered 8-2-2019. Set it up and started to use it. 8-11-2019 while gettimg out the bed i hear a snap. Looked and one of the slacks on the box spring had broke. I called the store explain what happen and was told because I had used the mattress and box spring it could not be returned. I then explained that I had a 5 year warranty on it. She put me on hold then came back and said they dont give warranty on box springs. She said sorry and hung up. Being disable I call someone to help with it. They requested photos of the receipt and the damage to the box spring only to tell me again they dont cover box springs. This is End Of The Road For T-Mart.....if they dont stick by what I was told and what my receipt sayes. It will be BBB, Legal Aid and more but no more shopping at their stores.

Update to my review. On 8-12-2019 Mon. My counselor took me to the store location where I purchased the Box Spring. I talked with the manager Josh. He listened to my concerns looked at the receipt and pictures of damaged box spring and agreeded to exchage the box spring on 8-13-2019 Tuesday. If that happens then that will be the resolution I am hoping for. Thanks to the T-Mart Team for reaching out to me but i had dealt with this before seeing your suggestions and I did send them a message about the expected resolution. I am grateful for T-Mart horning there exchange policy but the fact that refused to help me until i went in with someone, the fact they will not honor their 5 year warranty, the fact that the staff told me that the box spring was covered as a set and it's not, and the question I now have about the quality of merchandise t-mart sales leads me to really put a lots of thought in to doing business with them in the furture. My decision will not be based on their afforded effort to make right this situation but instead on the above metion issues. Thanks T-Mart!

I want to do negative stars to this Hoax website!

I want to do negative stars! I am furious with this company. I ordered a telescope for my godson which never arrived. When I Try to track it with the tracking number, there was a whole new form to fill out, and I got zero response. There is no way to contact them other than this and I am going to now Sing like a canary over this hoax website.

NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!!

I purchased two items from here and waited for ever for them to arrive as they were coming from china which I didn't know. When they finally arrived in plastic bag one of them ( Seconds Quick Repair UV Light Pen Glass Welding Glue Tool) was crushed I emailed customer service a few weeks ago and to NO surprise they have yet to respond to said email. As most others I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, and if you don't want to waste your time and money shop else were.

I placed an order with Tmart back on 06/25/2019.

I placed an order with Tmart back on 06/25/2019 and I have not received it. I check the order status on my account dashboard and it reports the status as "HELD". I tried to contact customer service about the order using their 'Ticket' system a couple of time, but I have not received any reply. Their online chat never seems to be online and I have checked several times during the day and night. The order has been paid for and I do not have the item. Very, very poor business practice.

No customer support. No way to contact company.

I received a defective product. There is not way to contact the company. The help center is useless. The chat has been offline for weeks. When you click on the site to open a ticket a page in Chinese comes up. I have tried every option on that page. I will not buy anything for myself or for my company from Tmart. On the positive side the item I purchased was inexpensive. I actually received the item which from the reviews I have read is also a positive. So buy from Tmart at your own risk. Do not expect any customer service.

I'm so disappointed at Tmart.l ordered 7days ago and up to now the status says my order is being processed yet l needed to deliver within 15 days.l was told the order will be shipped after 2 days but now its 7days.What an unreliable company.Learn to make promises u can fulfill.

Spamming my email twice a day, everyday

If possible, I would give zero stars. I've never ordered a single thing from this garbage company, but I still get two emails per day trying to sell me crap. I've unsubscribed twice and they still keep coming.

Even if I wanted to buy something from them, I would not. Take the hint, TMART--I'm not buying anything from you.

Look somewhere else

I paid for two day shipping and it has been two weeks. I can't get anyone to answer me back via emails and chat is never online. The customer service here is awful and I don't recommend getting anything from here. And for the record, I did submit an email with this problem and I did not get a response back from them.

Defective items. No (ZERO) customer service.

It was fun for a while to get emails from TMart, at least up until I received an item that was defective. Returning it was nearly impossible as they just wouldn't respond to my communications, despite having followed their detailed instructions. Additional emails got me nowhere. So fortunately I had paid through Pay Pal who took over the attempt to get my money reimbursed to me. Even Pay Pal let me know that TMart just wasn't communicating with them. Pay Pal reimbursed my money but it should have come out of TMart's pocket, not Pay Pal's pocket. I will be unsubscribing to TMart just as soon as their next email is sent to me. These days, Amazon makes it very easy to return items. So does Walmart. So do most companies. TMart customer service basically doesn't exist. I'm done with them and their defective items. UPDATE BELOW:
UPDATE (July 24, 2019) Once TMart saw the above review, they contacted me. Seems that suddenly they were interested in what I had to say! I explained that due to their not answering my emails, I had to resort going through PayPal and that following their demands, I paid over $20 to return the two defective hoses to TMart. Their reply: Oh, you didn't really have to return them, so too bad about your $20. I again explained that if TMart had answered my emails they could have told me that, but because TMart failed to acknowledge my emails, I'm out $20. We went back and forth on this. Amazing. Finally, finally, finally, TMart took responsibility and said they would credit back my money. And then they changed their minds and said they would only credit me $10. They haggled with me! AMAZING. I had to buy something for $10 from TMart! Much of they offered "didn't qualify" for this ten dollars. Finally I bought two items. They came a couple of weeks later. One item is NOT what I ordered. The item came unsealed even though it's for oral care. This is, by far, the worst online company I have ever dealt with. It was almost funny that they would haggle over $20 and credited me only half of the money I lost because of their refusal to answer my emails. Terrible in three ways: (1) Inferior products, (2) they take forever to send out your purchase, and (3) incredible disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction. Shop TMart at your own risk. I will never ever ever ever buy anything again from TMart.

Order was never delivered

Order was never delivered. Tmart promptly got their money through my Paypal account and I never received my item. They claim it was delivered which is just a lie. Would never recommend this company. They are a scam and take your money.

Ordered an item that never came

Ordered an item that never came. Sent various emails to them that were all ignored. After contacting PayPal Resolution Center they were FORCED to contact me to help try to solve the issue. STAY AWAY from this place.
