Emailed , raised complaint due to damaged ostrich feathers sent out in a bag no protection from posting all way from china .... still haven't bothered replying to customers apperntly they give a no quibble guarantee still to see that !!

ive only been purchasing from tmart for about 9 months or so now,so far the experience has been reasonalby good, the products are ok, not great quality but certainly for the most part better than you would expect given the cheap prices for stuff, ive been disapppointed with mulltimeters purchased from them but suprisingly pleased with walkie talkies recently bought. their shipping is free so you have to cut them some slack for the lengthy delays in getting product,if you want faster shipping, pay for it,simple.their customer service,although prompt ,is often not particularly helpful,im a retired person so have time on my hands,but i can see where folks get frustrated.id buy low dollar value things from tmart with fairly low expectations then you will not be disappointed,overall decent company.

Do NOT buy from this scam company. I ordered item on 10/24/17 and still have not received it. I created over 5 tickets to the company and their customer relations is also a joke. They keep telling me to wait one more week. My only regret is that I didn't do my homework regarding this scam outfit. Stay away and save yourself some grief.

Terrible !!!! They sent me fake fingerlings after they advertised the real thing. Not only was it fake it came broken and I a crushed box !

Bad experience. I didn't get my item but I got lots of excuses with differing stories from the Tmart staff. I requested a refund but they won't issue it immediately like the rest of the world, I was told that would happen only after the weekend. Won't use or recommend this site ever again.

Tmart has a great selection and they also have great prices. Be sure to research your selections before purchase, some are great quality and will last a life time, others may break when the package is open. Once you get past the broken English in the descriptions, they are accurate so usually you know the quality of what you are getting. I do a lot of computer and TV repair and they always have an outstanding selection of parts at outstanding prices, most are OEM with manufacturer stickers on the boards.

If you want cheap electrical goods and don't mind waiting for them tmart is a good place to shop

They sell FAKE products. The Hakko FG100 thermometer is a total FAKE and not a real HAKKO product

Sometimes descriptions are difficult to understand, but that seems to be improving.
Shipments from US warehouse are fast. With the advent of USA associates even some of the overseas shipments are fast.
You can't beat their prices.

The worst company ever! The most disgusting thing on earth! be aware! Do not buy anything from this f-u-c-k-i-n-g company! My order number is 170820DXD3BR. It took from 20-08-17 until now, more than 16 days in processing status, no any logistic information! They just said the item is out of stock but they did not write on their website that this item is out of stock before I paid. They do not know either when they will send this item to me. I decided to have money back. Still waiting for this s-h-i-t! Be aware of this f-u-c-k-i-n-g company! Wish this company collapse as soon as possible!

I ordered 5 green Jerry Can gasoline cans. They are 5 US Gal or 20 Liters. I received one box with one can in it. Total package weight around 7.5 to 7.8 pounds. The shipping label showed 41 pounds. I contacted their support and spent an hour online chatting with "Winnie". I sent numerous pictures of the box, the product, the shipping label, the box labels, etc. Winnie promised I would receive a reply from the company within 1 to 2 days. It is now a week later and they have not replied. I would like them to send the other 4 cans. If they can't they should at least refund for the 4 they did not send. Oh, and bye the way. The shipper, I believe UPS, shows they only delivered 1 package.

UPDATE 2 weeks later. Tmart finally responded to me and acknowledged they sent only one can of the 5 ordered. They simply ran out of them. They then promptly issued me a refund for the 4 cans. I appreciate them fixing the problem and I do plan on purchasing more items from them in the future. I changed my review from a 1 to a 4.

Totally strait up stole my money, never got a refund never got my $100 product!!! DO NOT USE!

Ordering halfway around the globe is not always a nice experience. But when you know a few basics, shopping on tmart can be like ordering from a local shop (the obvious time-delay aside) but with way lower prices on some items.

I order a tiara for my daughters birthday on july 29 on august 14 I thought hmmmm let me check on my order. There was no tracking number so I wrote customer service to see where my package was at and they replied a week later saying my order is out of stock.......... No one was going to tell me anything, they were just going to take my money and forget about the customer......... Im so upset this was a gift for my daughter. DONT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WONT LET YOU KNOW IF ITS OUT OF STOCK THEYLL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

That is not true, your records are wrong. I have on my record that you guys never sent any info on it being out of stock. All my complaints are finally being answered. And its all on my email under TMART.com I know how to use an email and your site. I was never going to be informed Until I wrote, If I would have never checked on my package by contacting customer service you guys would have kept my money basically. I would just like my money back.
