Completely awful

Completely awful. They sell cheep crap that does not work at all or works for a week and breaks. If you want a gag gift or something that does not need to work longfor the fun of it. Just plan on one to two months to get it. For example, I bought an activity monitor for about $12. The broken English on both the watch and app was amusing. It seemed to take accurate blood pressure and monitored steps fairly well but the app was always glitchy. After about 10 days it would no longer take vitals and said to “make sure have right to wear.” Never worked right again.

bad support/product broken no answer

i purchase a item on day 13 of december i payd 10,85 for express delivery as in the tmart cart it says the product will take beetwen 2 to 7 days to arrive after 5 days i talk with csutomer support and they told me the product it have not been dispached, i talk again and in day 19 they told me ot was posted i talk with dhl and they told me the tracking code said the label was printed but the product was not posted, the product was finnaly posted o day 22 and arived on day 27... when i used for the first time the product just dont work...i bought a 38 pounds smart computer who stays on reboots, the boxs looks used i contact tmart and i send a video day 27 and until now i didnt get an answer after two weeks. 171213ATPDFJ

Good Products, great prices.

I always buy from the US warehouse and have never been disappointed in my purchases. Much quicker deliveries and no open packages from customs inspections.

They sell you items that aren't in stock!!

I was thrilled to find an item I wanted for half the price of everywhere else, but despite the poor reviews on here I decided to give them a try.

Wow is all I can say. When I purchased my item it said 99 in stock. After my purchase this figure went down to 98. So, naturally I expected my order to be shipped as they had advertised in 1-2 days.

After a week I used their chat facility on their website to ask when my order would arrive. They said it is still processing and that i should wait 7 working days. So I did, 9 in fact.

I chased them again for them to say my item is out of stock! When i asked why they sold me an out of stock item and took my money they said the item was in a 'flash sale' and it sold out quickly. They offered a refund and to inform me when the item is in stock....I doubt they will.

Their 'live' stock counter is complete nonsense!

They did give me a refund within 2 days so i can't complain about that, but they could have saved 2 weeks of waiting by simply telling me the item wasn't in stock in the first place and then I could have bought elsewhere!

If something is too good to be true, it probably is.

The reply below is also nonsense. I received no such email and it still says the item is in stock!

DON'T TRUST TMART.COM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

DON'T EVER TRUST TMART.COM! They stole my money! I've been ripped off! I placed three orders (171206AEXPAM // 171126P7BB7X // 171125EJKCDC) which had been cancelled by Tmart.com on the pretext that they wanted to protect the security of my account! This is nonesense, because I had even sent them a photocopy of my Visa card, as requested by a certain "Cimie" from the customer service. The problem is that when refunding me, they didn't refund the whole amounts they charged me of the three orders, instead, they chunked a sum out of each order! This is a RIP-OFF! This is unfair! It's they who decided to cancel my three orders, therefore, they should refund the TOTAL AMOUNTS I've paid. I'm going to complain to the competent organism.

they don't ship within 1-2 days!

they said they would ship within 1-2 days. Since they ship from China, this was important. Instead, according to the tracking info, they waited for 3 weeks until shipping. If they would have said that they wait 3 weeks to ship, I would have passed. Very misleading. If I don't have it within 30 days of ordering, i will open a dispute on paypal to get my money back.

My Shopping experience with Tmart.

I have procured more than 40 items from Tmart since 2015. Tmart maintained their word on quality and condition of items. However, I had problems with two items supplied by them. I discussed with them about the problem by way of chatting and tickets. Response of the customer care team was professional and very understanding nature. I really love it. Tmart accepted my issue as correct and supply the item for a second time free of charges. Further, I opted to sent back the wrong item at my cost but Tmart did not encouraged it either. Every sessions of visiting Tmart ended up with immense satisfaction. I sincerely wish prosperity and success to Tmat.

BIG MISTAKE

BIG MISTAKE! -I did not read the reviews on Tmart before making my purchase.
Last August, I was so excited to find reusable Dolce Gusto Coffee capsules that I immediately ordered 2 sets.
They finally arrived late November - 3 months later - and they certainly did not fit the Dolce Gusto. After numerous emails back and forth, most of them repetitive and in very difficult to understand English, this is their reply:

Thanks for your email; it is our honor to help you.
We have confirmed with the supplier this item need use separtely ,can not add to the Coffee machine。You must misunderstand about that.

This despite the fact that they were advertised as DOLCE GUSTO.
They claim it is my fault but will credit me points.
As if I would ever purchase from this company again. Buyer Beware - Never again.
Small price to pay for a learned lesson I guess.

Talk about adding insult to injury. In your reply your showed you are a liar and a cheat sir. Your ad specified Dolce Gusto, and I just checked your latest ad and you are still advertising them as Dolce Gusto pods when they are double the size. Shame on you for duping the consumers and then trying to cover up by blaming same consumer.

Tmart is excellent to deal with

I have now ordered a number of articles from Tmart and have found them excellent to deal with. The free delivery to Australia can take a while and if something does go astray, it is replaced although there is a waiting period to make sure it is not just a delay in the post. This has happened once.
One of the articles ( dent puller) used a plastic bridge and while reasonably sturdy was not up to pulling dents on my VW van and cracked in the middle.
Other articles I have bought have been as described and adequate to their design tasks.
I currently have 3 articles on order (Dec 2017) so obviously I am happy dealing with Tmart.

I’ve used tmart for.a while for some items that normally I don’t ind in other sites. They send it timely and the last time it took longer then the usual, the customer service told me to contact them for refund. Good customer service,

I bought a hanging star light …

I bought a hanging star light decorations and it will not light up, I've been trying for weeks to get this resolved through emails back and forth. They keeping telling me (to send pic) which I've done many times. I should have known better and should not have trusted a company so far away. Never again! I'm warning everyone I can,do not do bussiness with tmart.smh.

Terrible business

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My violin arrived broken and I needed to speak to someone about exchanging and/or a refund. You cannot speak to anyone everything is done through a chat forum. Ridiculous. The cheaper prices are not worth the headache. Just DON'T do it!

Just want to add to my previous comment that I returned the broken violin to them with a prepaid postage they sent to me by email. I returned the immediately and I have tracked the package and they received it on Dec 5, 2017. It’s been TEN days and I have still seen no refund from them. I sent an email to their after service department and that has gone unanswered. This will tell you the kind of business they are operating.
