Great firm. Did what they said when they said. Good value for money. Managed to achieve VOIP on our filtered internet when BT said they couldn't!!! Can't recommend highly enough.

Installation was on time. I had to wait less time than what others had quoted. Communication and follow up was excellent.

Incredible. My virgin was ending and doubling price for basic package . Saw a recommendation for wey2 . Had a message from Michael ans booked in . It took literally 30 seconds to plug in and connect ( I was working from home at the time ) still have all my streaming services yet this is half the price of what I was paying before the increase

TNBN and in particular Michael have been excellent at helping us resolve a poor internet service. Michael tested a number of Wey2Wifi routers to ensure we have great coverage and was really responsive to our enquiries.
10/10 service and the broadband connectivity is excellent! Definitely recommend.

Michael was fantastic throughout the whole process, explaining our options and giving pertinent advice. The porting/installation was trouble free under Michael's guidance. Once we were set up we had a couple of teething problems which Fatima dealt with immediately. We also changed our minds about the set up of the extensions, again Fatima implemented the changes immediately, nothing was too much trouble. Patient and quick to resolve any issues,we would highly recommend TNBN and we made great savings too £££.
