Michael was fantastic throughout the whole process, explaining our options and giving pertinent advice. The porting/installation was trouble free under Michael's guidance. Once we were set up we had a couple of teething problems which Fatima dealt with immediately. We also changed our minds about the set up of the extensions, again Fatima implemented the changes immediately, nothing was too much trouble. Patient and quick to resolve any issues,we would highly recommend TNBN and we made great savings too £££.

Excellent service. Switched to digital IP. No issues at all. Applied for free handset and had it fitted by a TNBN digital guy. Works perfect.
