So at first i was a bit sketchy of buying stuff from sites that i didn't know, just because there are numerous dummy websites, but i looked for reviews for a while and decided to go for TNP. I bought loads of Atomos accessories. The next day i received a call saying that they did not have one of the items in stock and asked if i would like everything delivered at the same time or not so i give them credit for taking their time to personally call me. Also i received emails with updates about my order which basically put my mind at ease. So all in all happy with the service, good prices and i will definitely order with them in the future.

TNP were very responsive and helped supply a demo unit that secured the sale. Once the sale was agreed the product was delivered on time and at a competitive price. What more can you want? I will certainly use them again.

I'd had an appalling experience ordering filmmaking equipment with a well known company based in Belfast. TNP Broadcast's service was a polar opposite. Very efficient customer service and exemplary timeframe for delivering purchased items. I will definitely continue to use this company as my preferred supplier of filmmaking equipment.

I have known a couple of the guys at TNP for many years, even before they were with TNP. They have always given me a good honest service with a personal touch. They match or beat the prices of any of the other 'big names' and delivery was always on time.

Instant cancellation of web order and refund when contacted by email since item was not in stock.

To be honest i was a bit worried about ordering from them as everything seemed almost a bit too cheap, thought I would give them a go with a low value item and they came through! Could have been packed better but item was fine and very quick delivery

I couldn't decide which Miller tripod system I needed. I called TNP who gave me all the information and advice I needed with no pressure to buy. Tripod arrived the next working day. Fantastic customer service, and they were 30% cheaper than their competitors!

The agent is really responsible and helped to make sure my item not available in stock will arrives within 48 hours, and it did!!!!
