I placed my order off of the Tobi app

I placed my order off of the Tobi app, after I placed my order, I never received a confirmation email. I waited a few business days and then sent an email asking for them to resend the confirmation info. It took them till the end of the 2nd week of the original order date to give me some sort of information regarding my order. But the clothes did arrive eventually.

No delivery even after a month

Ordered 2 dresses on Dec 2nd (order # 7720465) and it kept saying on the way. It is January 12th and they said the shipping is lost. There is no urgency to take care of customer. They cannot xfer the money back to CC it seems and they will do store credit. Cannot imagine how they can survive.

received the item very late. past the event that i was going to wear it to. then when i wanted to return, i only have the option of store credit. i will keep the garment and i will never shop here again.

So if an item YOU PURCHASED is missing…

So if an item YOU PURCHASED is missing from the order. They will not do anything about it. This company took $30 from me and never did anything to help me. Do not order from this website because if there are any issues “support” will not help you.

I've never experienced worse customer…

I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. I ordered two dresses back in November, and still haven't received it. I reached out to customer service for help and all they did was paste the tracking link back to me, which I find incredibly rude and unhelpful. I contacted DHL, but in order to investigate they needed a whole bunch of sender details – which I wouldn't have, of course – so I reached out to customer service again asking for them to investigate from their side, but all they did was copy and paste the tracking link description again to me! I wish I'd checked reviews before giving them my money. I'd say save yourself the effort, and place your orders elsewhere instead.

Perfect Party Dress

This dress is so pretty and fits well! I bought it for New Year’s Eve and was able to pair it with similar earrings seen on the model and fuchsia shoes. So fun!

Placed order on December 2nd and didn't…

Placed order on December 2nd and didn't receive until the 29th. Even more unsatisfied that I PAID for shipping, which I should be refunded. When the package arrived, the clothes were too big, even though I chose my normal size, which means your sweaters are not true to size. Service rep. won't allow an exchange for the smaller size and the same sale price as when ordered. If my order came sooner, the sale would probably still have been going on. Allowing only store credit is ridiculous. I won't be shopping here again due to the risk of clothes not fitting correctly, poor shipping, and poor return policies.

TOBI looks great on the website very…

TOBI looks great on the website very trendy styles. However the quality is so horrible nothing fits as it should and only store credit is allowed. When you use the store credit still noting fits or has good quality so you never get your money worth. I bought a dress in Aug it was awful material and fit so returned it and had a credit. I didnt want to waste it so I placed an order fo 2 sweaters last week, I ordered my regular size the one sweater is so large I cant even wear it and the other sweater material was so scratchy and poor quality I cant even were it. Well of course I cant even exchange the one for a smaller size and cant return or exchange either. SO goodwill is getting my $53 wasted order. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS AWFUL brand again. If they actually believed in their product they would allow refunds but they know all their merchandise gets returned because of quality so they only allow store credit so they dont lose their money. I definately do not recommend this brand.

DO NOT BUY

I have never had such an awful experience with a store. They delivered my order over a month late. By that point, I had already moved out of state and while I contacted them in advance to ask them to change the address, they provided no help. I had to pay $30 to have a friend ship it to my new address. The clothes were horrible. The sizing was way off on everything. The sleeves on the sweater were three inches too long, the skirt was WAY too short, and the jeans fit awfully just about everywhere. The quality was way below the pricepoint. And to top off an already awful experience, they refused to give me a return label due to the extra time it took me to get the package after having it forwarded. AND they would not offer anything besides store credit on the exchanges. So I ended up stuck with a box full of clothes I hate. Customer service took days to reply and did nothing to help me. I reached out early and often and explained my situation. I had an order with Nordstrom that faced similar delays and they were extremely helpful with forwarding the package. I have never experienced such an awful buying experience. Do yourself a favor and never order from Tobi.

The dress was ordered about a month ago…

The dress was ordered about a month ago and was supposed to arrive before I left for the holiday but did not. Now I am unable to wear it for the wedding I am attending and will most likely return since I have no other use for fancy dresses during COVID. I understand that it was stuck at the post office in New Jersey for a couple of weeks, but it doesn't change the fact that I can't wear the dress for the singular event it was bought for.
