I love the clothing and its quality; delivery was expedite.
However, sizes run small. I ordered M but the two rompers I ordered were too small and short.

This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I returned 3 items valued at $132 almost 2 years ago, and I never received a refund for it. They even emailed me, saying that they had received my items and would work on processing the refund. However, I checked my bank account and they never credited it to me.

To make matters worse, when I emailed customer service, they were incredibly rude. They accused me of not sending anything back in the return package. They asked me to verify the contents of the return package, as if I could just get the package back and send a picture of it? I even sent them receipts of the confirmation email, of the order number, of the USPS tracking number of the return, and they just accused me of lying. When I followed up with them, they didn't say anything. They just stopped responding and ghosted me. This company is actually awful. Don't ever order from them. They WILL SCAM YOU

Horrible company my items arrived on time but the items were dirty and rolled up into a ball they looked like used clothes and when I emailed customer service about this the person was very rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend this company to anyone

Received the order when it said it would deliver. The dress fits perfectly and is true to size BUT it has a slight stain on it. It is not too noticeable but I got it on sale. Cannot return and I will just make the best of it.

Shipping took forever. I ordered for an event and didn't receive it in time.

sizing is true and i ordered larger based on other reviews. so it's too big. top is a cute style but yes the fabric is thin and pills easily so not the best quality. prob won't buy again

I'm very happy with both dresses. One needs a bit of altering to fit me properly, but both are very stylish & comfortable

The website said the order could take 3-5 business days to process, followed by 3-5 day shipping. The order took a month to arrive. The tracking updates were delayed and I tried to reach out via social media when three weeks had passed and the order hadn't moved, but I received no response. However, once I finally got the order, I was very satisfied with it. It was complete and looked just like the pictures online.

Free delivery took 2 weeks. I ordered clothes 10 days before an bridal shower, and never got to wear them for the shower because the clothes took exactly 14 days to get to me. Ordered a wrap dress in a size larger than my usual to make sure it would close properly on my chest and it doesn’t even come close to closing - I’m basically half naked. I don’t even feel like returning it because all I’ll get is store credit and I would rather not order from here again.

I love the outfits I ordered and they fit perfectly. I was amazed at the fast delivery and will become a regular customer of Tobi. The quality of their outfits are excellent.

My dress was final sale which I understood when I ordered the dress. I measured myself and ordered the dress that would fit (XS). The dress arrived and was too tight across the chest and di not look anything like the picture. I decided to wash according to instructions to see if it would loosen the fibers (plus there was something on the dress when I received). I washed the dress according to instructions and it shrunk horribly. Now the lining hangs below the actual dress. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered two extra small tops from here, but both of them completely varied in size. The one seemed true to size, while the other could almost fit a toddler and I am unable to even squeeze into it. I’m really bummed out because it’s a super cute top, but since it was a final sale, I won’t be able to exchange or get my money back. I wouldn’t have been so upset if the size difference wouldn’t have been so drastic.

Prices felt a little steep, even with the discounts- it felt like it took a long time to actually arrive to me- but once it did I was pretty happy with the product. I thought almost everything was super cute. One item was wrong out of probably 30 I ordered? So not bad at all. Definitely recommend if you’re willing to splurge and have the patience to wait for it.

Took a while to get to me but it was because of Covid I'm sure in normal circumstances it wouldn't have taken so long

My dress came within 2 weeks and it was perfect! Fell in love with the feel and the color😍 Also my boyfriend LOVED it on me so thank you for making my 21st birthday so special!!
