Very good overall
Very good overall. A wait of perhaps a week between order & delivery, but given the distance and single door order, as well as the helpful driver & quality no hesitation to recommend. Great product. Competitive price.

As confirmed by the builder, the doors are bent and were not cut to the specified dimensions.

Easy to view and order the doors.
I ordered 3 doors, informed when ready to collect. All done in a short time.
They also hold the door upto a month, which made it convenient for my builder to pick them at his convenience.
Door prices were very good. I bought in sale, bargain.

Good quality doors for reasonable price
Doors are of a good quality. What I liked the most is the range and availability of different sizes to suit different parts of the house. Good delivery service but for some doors we have to wait for 3 months, which isn’t great. As this is not the most premium doors I was surprised that the waiting time was so long. Despite this, I would still recommend it, overall very satisfied with the product.

Everything good but main thing was terrible which ruined all the doors was making a call to them and some member of staff have sold me wrong position handles for the door he said there the ones I questioned it but no listen to him now doors all 4 are not 100%

Excellent from start to finish
My order arrived super fast and the communication was excellent. I travelled to Todd HQ and the lady on the reception was friendly, chatty and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely use Todd Doors again.

We had a very good experience when ordering our internal doors. All the staff we spoke to at Todds Doors were incredibly helpful. 1 of the doors we ordered, when it came had the wrong finish. They couldn't have been more apologetic & went out of their way to sort out the issue straight away. We are very happy with all of the doors we have purchased & felt happy with the price we paid. Helpful & friendly staff, unfortunately not always the case these days. Highly recommended.

Great branch staff, service and quality products
Very helpful staff at the High Wycombe branch helped us select and order doors and hardware. Everything arrived on the date specified and the quality of everything was superb. Hung the 9 doors myself and everything went very smoothly - no defects or problems. Highly recommended.
