Very good products and service
We have been very happy with our new doors and door furniture and when we wanted to return some door hinges because we decided to use some others then Andrew in customer services was very helpful organising a refund.

I got my doors on time and in perfect condition.
I ordered the doors and they arrived as promised and most important was that they arrived safe and totally undamaged. The courier helped to get the doors inside and was polite. I got my doors on sale and they are absolutely fantastic value for really great quality.

Great price and quality. Very helpful customer service, kept me up to date with my order and even offered me an earlier delivery date. The delivery driver was very friendly and polite. Took very good care in bringing my doors into the house. 100% would use again

Such poor quality
This isn’t a complaint about Todd Doors generally, but about the quality and practicality of one specific product, the Bergen Black Panel door.
Unfortunately, we have been extremely disappointed with it.
There is a serious design flaw. Dust, and in our case sawdust from installation, gets lodged between the panel and the frame and is almost impossible to remove. The only method we found was spending hours carefully working it out with a pin or narrow plastic blade, which is clearly not reasonable for a newly fitted door.
The pre finished black paint also seems very poor in practice. The door was fitted by a carpenter, but since installation we have noticed that every small touch seems to leave a visible mark. In daylight, especially when the sun catches it, the surface looks uneven, scuffed and cheap, with what appear to be rub marks across the panels.
We do not know whether those marks were present on delivery or caused during fitting, but either way the finish should be far more durable than this. A pre finished door should not mark so easily through normal handling and installation.
Given the cost of the door, fitting and the overall project, I could not be more disappointed. I wish we had not bought it.

Great Quality, could be long lead time for delivery
Great selection of doors, offering a range of sizes. Very competitive prices.Great Quality.
Delivery lead times are long though, we bought 2 doors separately and one was delivered in 4 days the other in 10 days. This is a long time for a stock item.
Appreciate the website says 7-10 days but I had hoped for shorter.

The delivery driver

Exceptionally long time between order…
Exceptionally long time between order and delivery due to one unavailable item . All items had to wait . Unreasonable to charge a seperate delivery for one delayed item and make customer wait so long for all.
Only one email sent advising delay. When the date then indicated was also missed no further comm until I chased (three weeks after expected date). Once despatched delivery then very slow with DHL failing to deliver on two occasions despite sending expected time windows.
