I placed my order on 1st December and haven't received it yet. Sent an email and got the following reply: "Thank you for your email. We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders at the moment and shipments may be slightly delayed. I have reached out to our warehouse to check if there is any delay with your order. Due to the high volumes, please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Your order may be shipped before this, but I have requested an update in case there is any delay."
So far, no further updates or shipping details. Totally disapointing considering I successfully purchased another item back in March 2025.

Really disappointed that my order hasn’t arrived in time to give to my Dad for Christmas. Ordered on the 14th December and have heard nothing since. Sent an email, no reply whatsoever. Raised with PayPal but haven’t heard anything from them either. It says delivery is 1-2 working days on their website. Lies

Do not use Toffs. According the website its is run by the old Fashioned Football Shirt Company Limited. On Companies house this company is listed as in liquidation. Whatever the case… orders don’t arrive and you’ll be fobbed off with generic emails! There is no phone number! Terrible.

Update. Beware. This is not Toffs but UK Soccer shop. Not sure but they may be using Toffs name as a front hence why no phone number. Read their reviews. -I placed an order 12 dec thinking plenty of time still for Xmas. 1-2 days states dispatch time. Week later nothing so chased it. Phone number unobtainable and no response to e mail. They use PayPal. Rang my bank and told no payment taken and nothing pending. So due to lack of communication asked the bank not to pay out and mailed them. I was told to look out for payment pending just in case. Then out the blue they tried to take payment. Fortunately my card wasn’t linked to PayPal as it had expired so no payment. Obviously the transaction is now cancelled but it’s a shame because I really wanted the shirt. They need to correspond or will go out of business again.

Ordered a Pompey shirt for a mates birthday and nothing has arrived. I ordered because Toffs used to be a great company. Quality wear in good materials. Now reading some of these other reviews it’s clear something has changed. I’ve put in a concern with PayPal. Disappointing

I was pleased to see Toffs are trading again, and ive purchased a couple of items off them since their relaunch. The items arrived safely - protected by a sealed bag - and in reasonable time while there doesnt appear to be any drop off in the quality of their retro shirts.

Not sure what has happened to this website. Used to be brilliant back in the day. Ordered something on the 24th of November and still haven't got my order. Website is either a scam or have new owners.

Avoid at all costs.
I placed an order on the 28th November, in good time for Christmas. It's now the 16th December and nothing. Chased, and received an email "I have reached out to our warehouse to check if there is any delay with your order" 18 days since placing the order - no follow up or response since. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so have requested my money back via PayPal - Don't risk it.

Stay clear - Placed order 6 dec - still not received - have to wait days for a an email response and then to get ‘fobbed off’ with conflicting excuses. Customer service phone line unobtainable

I kindly requested 3 times to close my account and they completely ignored my requests!

STAY AWAY !!! Ordered my shirt / gift weeks ago. Still no delivery - still no response to 3 follow ups !!! Quite clearly a company relying on eye catching marketing across social media to **** people over for overpriced products.

After my request to cancel the order was accepted, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 3–5 business days.
After that period, I received an email saying that an additional 48 hours were needed… Unfortunately, the money still hasn’t arrived. Now there’s no further contact. I sense an attempt at fraud here, but I won’t give up.

I ordered 2 items.
1 only arrived and it was wrong - very different from what described on their website.
Vendor never replied to my inquiries
They provided a fake returning address via PayPal.
I had purchased frm them many years ago.
Now it looks like a Chinese SCAM

Having bought from Toffs previously dating back something like 20 years and been completely happy with the purchase I ordered from them again. Unfortunately the quality of the shirt is poor at best, the actual shirt feels cheap while the colouring is the wrong blue and the badge is just wrong a light blue badge while it should be a dark navy. Very disappointing.

Ordered a Dundee united retro shirt paid for it and nothing that's coming up for 4 weeks now a shit dodgy company stay away

Dodgy company. Received an order confirmation weeks ago but no confirmation that it’s out for delivery

I emailed and called them. Ignored my email and the phone number is a dead line.

Woeful company. Avoid!!
Ordered 2 items. Took weeks to arrive and when they did, both were faulty. A squint badge which was the wrong badge. And the jacket was way too short. They admitted liability,but took them over a week to send a returns label. I returned them 2 weeks ago. I've sent numerous emails and 2 voicemails and nothing from them. Appalling service!

Ordered on the 28th of March and still no shirt. Have rung them, left 2 voicemails, emailed them, filled in a web form on their website and nearly a month on, no shirt, no response.
Maybe this review might get a response??

No shirt, refunded via PayPal

I Ordered 2 t-shirts from this company and only 1 arrived. No explanation or anything. I've tried contacting them in numerous occasions using email and twitter. But no response from them

I ordered 2 Northern Ireland 1982 World Cup tops.
The only thing right about them is the colour.
The material used is cheap and nasty and nothing even approximating what was used in the original shirt.
The sizing also runs small.
Very disappointed with the quality and materials of this top.
