Great Service
Having waited over a month for a toilet supplier to contact me re my request for a spare part I gave up.
I sent Toilet Spares the same picture for the part on a Monday, I received a price and an order from on the Tuesday and the part arrived on Saturday; it worked and I am one very happy customer.

I was grateful that you were able to talk me through the problem I was having installing a new cartridge. The "instructions" were ridiculously showing it was just like changing a light bulb! Obviously they didn't consider their customer might not be an experienced/qualified plumber perhaps you should feed this back to them.

Excellent and friendly company
Being able to send a picture for advice of which part I needed made all the difference. I was then able to speak to a very pleasant knowledgeable and helpful lady who identified the problem immediately and the replacement item arrived by post the next day. Brilliant service that I will definitely use again.

Heritage Corner Toilet
Lovely people, so knowledgeable and helpful. I have an old heritage toilet and cistern inlet had failed etc, part no longer available, but they found an alternative.
The service and help was fast and I now have a working toilet in a matter of hours - thank you. Highly recommend.

This is my first time of using them as they were the only supplier showing the correct toilet inlet valve washers.
