I had been trying to find a replacement flush mechanism for my toilet which has an oval button push. Only toiletspares.co.uk seemed to be able to supply the correct one. Furthermore I had a very useful chat on their dedicated WhstsApp, sharing images of my existing setup, to confirm what was needed. Order placed easily and delivery was prompt. Top marks all round. Thank you.

The hose for the flush button I found very very expensive for what little you got and then with the post costs just ridiculous
You can get the same size hose in the garden centre for the same price but a hell of a lot more hose

Great customer service. I sent a picture of the part I needed 5 minutes later(at the most) a replacement part was advised. Bought it. Arrived 2 days later. Now fitted and works perfectly.
