Ordered 2 lovely books, 2 separate orders, both were packaged well and delivered promptly. Both included a personalised "packaged by" message which was a lovely touch . Will purchase from here again

Hi Rachael, I'm very sorry to hear you still haven't received your parcel. We are looking into this and have emailed you further to get in touch with you regarding this situation!
For any issues with orders we are always happy to help at Birmingham@tokyotoys.com - as you can see from other reviews and experiences, this is not the service that we pride ourselves with. We always aim to have all orders sent out as fast as possible and more often than not, our customers receive their items with great speed too.
Again, I'm sorry this was not the case for your recent online order with us and would like to encourage you to email us so we can discuss this with you further :)
Thanks!

I highly recommend this store
I highly recommend this store for all your Anime/Manga/Kawaii needs. I am buying early for my eldest daughters birthday and decided to check out Tokyo Toys, I wasn't disappointed.
They have some amazing items on their online store and the staff are the best. (One thing wasn't in stock and they rang me up. While I did miss the call I emailed them back instead and they got back to me very quickly)
The delivery was swift, I ordered on the 5th and it was sent out the next day. I will definitely be back on my next payday to purchase more goodies.
